A hidden gem in the Bronx! You can tell the office fosters an enjoyable work environment for everyone while maintaining high professionalism. It almost felt like I was back home getting southern hospitality from Enzo and Dr. V. My son has to wait for braces but the hospitality provided ensured that we're coming back with high hopes for a great future experience!

The journey so far at Co Op City Orthodontics has been amazing! They are flexible, open Saturdays which is great for people who work during the week. Today Brittany helped with answering questions and scheduling appointments. Something that stood out to me was when we arrived Brittany greeted us and knew my daughters name. Super quick appointment, we were in and out, no long waits.

Rachel, amazing customer service. But who really impressed me was the doctor, Marián Vanderlinden, kindness, detailed explanation of the entire process, patience, human values, this doctor has the full package that we all need and wish to receive from every doctor we visit. The place is always clean and peaceful. Many financial optioned to make our life easier. Thank you all for the efficient and excellent service.

I really enjoyed this establishment. Today was my first time here and the staff are super friendly. Britney helped my family and I so much filling out the forms, Rachel and Katherine answered our questions and concerns as well as made us feel 100% comfortable. Griselda & Elizabeth did both my sister’s braces and were very gentle. I highly recommend this orthodontist!Edit: another great visit! I feel absolutely comfortable with all my experiences. Honestly, from day one Elizabeth, Britney and Shaquasia took care of me. Since, I’ve looked forward to every single appointment with Coop City Orthodontics. I am so happy with my smile! Dr. Vanderlinden, I applaud you for caring for each and every single one of your patients. Thank you. Every step of my journey you’ve been very caring, and informative. If only there where more doctors like you. I also appreciate, Rachel for being so courteous and accomadating When it was time to remove my braces, Brian handled me with care and patients. And thank you to Enzo as well for your kindness and patients. Everyone is the best! This was truly a memorable experience.

This place is an amazing place and takes their time with each individual patient. I’ve always felt welcomed here and the staff are very friendly. When you get here you don’t have to wait long at all to go in for your appointment and because of this place I am now much more confident in my smile. Rachel is a one of the main people at the front desk who makes the place so welcoming.

Rachel and Dr. V were great. Dr. V was honest with me about not being the right Dr. to help me because I need to see an oral surgeon to work in conjunction with my orthodontist.edit- they said they would give me a starbucks gift card for reviewing and they never did.

I like Coop. City Orthodontics and I will recommend It to anyone who may need their services because they have excellent customer service and they are always on point with their appointment times. If you have an appointment for 8:30 am you are there before your appointment time you will be seen at 8:300 am sharp. So I love ❤️ them to. Rachel is a sweetheart! I love her personality.

I love this orthodontist. It is very clean and organized. All the staff here are very nice and welcoming. They care about their patients and their progress. If you are looking for an orthodontics for yourself or for someone else, I highly recommend co-op city orthodontics. Today I had Enzo, If I could have him all the time I would! I broke a bracket and was very nervous to speak to anyone. However, all the staff were very supportive and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Enzo was very sweet and moved very fast. When placing my new bracket he did so well Dr.V didn’t have to fix it. I love it here 10/10 I’d highly recommend this orthodontics!!!
