I've been about two years going to appointments at this place, and it's been a great experience for my family and I. My brothers, mother and I have all received braces, and the staff have been very friendly and kind with us, explaining to us the process with every step. The receptionist, Jalexa, knows us all by name and always greets you with a smile, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming as well!

They must be buying their reviews. Had a incident with their Office Manager Aida Antuna today. She needs to learn how to deal with patients. I end up terminating my treatment on my first visit after a argument with the "manager" and not being seen by the doctor because Aida did not feel like letting them see me today and wanted me to come back tomorrow. I requested a termination of treatment and a refund which now they are me to refusing to issue. She did not allow allow me to speak to anyone else and said that she is the manager and I had to deal with her only.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was terrific. Jessica was more than excellent. She helped me get my insurance approval and my account set up. She was perfect in doing that. The young lady that set me up for my tray, the x-ray tech, and also the front desk you all are an awesome group. My Dr he was fantastic. I would recommend others.

I love iSmile Orthodontics. I started my treatment here a few years ago, and because I needed a jaw reconstruction surgery they helped me through the process of before and after the surgery. Now I have a beautiful smile and all thanks to iSmile staff and Jalexa who was there for me since day one. They staff are welcoming and the place is super cute and clean, I highly recommend it.

This was my first time here with my daughter. Eileen was super informative. She was very complacent, very nice. Loved the fact that even though it was early in the morning , she had a great attitude. She was very thorough with my daughter. The office is very clean. The staff is super nice and attentive to their work and their patients. I'll be back hopefully for me as well. 😬

My daughter recently started visiting I-smile Pelham because her Orthodontist before relocated. I regret not starting out with I- smile. The staff is great. Very friendly and informative. I'm definitely gonna recommend to anyone I know who's in need of a reliable . The financial consultant was very informative and broke down everything to me so I could fully understand. The Dental Assistants are great.

The doctor and front desk are very kind and helpful. The tech on the other hand.... Had her arm alllll over my head to do what she was doing. Sleeve all in my face, I have never had that done to me anywhere by any tech. She was also huffing and puffing the entire time giving complaints about the amount of patients. It was very unprofessional and upsetting to have been treated like just another number to get through the day. Also had quite a bit of a wait... my first morning appointment went quickly but this time was about an hr wait. Let's see how the rest of the process goes. The financial counselor is also very kind and helpful.

Staff has been wonderful! I’ve been coming in monthly for the last 2 years and the staff always greets you with a smile and by name! Being recognized by a busy office makes things more comfortable especially when your paying for a service that impacts your confidence. Staff have a very happy/kind relationship towards eachother and always available and willing to help especially Jalexa at the front desk. #bronxlocation
