I've been about two years going to appointments at this place, and it's been a great experience for my family and I. My brothers, mother and I have all received braces, and the staff have been very friendly and kind with us, explaining to us the process with every step. The receptionist, Jalexa, knows us all by name and always greets you with a smile, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming as well!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was terrific. Jessica was more than excellent. She helped me get my insurance approval and my account set up. She was perfect in doing that. The young lady that set me up for my tray, the x-ray tech, and also the front desk you all are an awesome group. My Dr he was fantastic. I would recommend others.

My daughter recently started visiting I-smile Pelham because her Orthodontist before relocated. I regret not starting out with I- smile. The staff is great. Very friendly and informative. I'm definitely gonna recommend to anyone I know who's in need of a reliable . The financial consultant was very informative and broke down everything to me so I could fully understand. The Dental Assistants are great.

Very friendly customer service from start to finish. We were running very late to begin with, we got there past the allowable grace period, however after thoughtfully listening & understanding our situation they accepted us with open arms. The whole team at the front desk reception Aida, Elisa, Eileen, Jessica to the orthodontist were very friendly, informative and professional on all aspects of my daughter's dental procedure. This office really exemplifies the true meaning of caring professionals. I Highly recommend them 100%.

Staff has been wonderful! I’ve been coming in monthly for the last 2 years and the staff always greets you with a smile and by name! Being recognized by a busy office makes things more comfortable especially when your paying for a service that impacts your confidence. Staff have a very happy/kind relationship towards eachother and always available and willing to help especially Jalexa at the front desk. #bronxlocation

The customer care here is amazing. All staff are so friendly and attentive. The interior of the building is very clean and organized at all times.I finished my full orthodontic treatment with them( will now be starting a treatment again) sadly! but jessica made the re-treatment process easier and was open to informing about the process within every step of they way. The staff makes this place feel like home. I highly recommend you choose I-smile orthodontics they make your experience memorable and worth it!!!

JalexaI love SMILE, because I used to look so funny and kind of ugly, when I smile my friends used to lough at me for my tooth, but now my tooth is getting batter and when I smile I look good and nobody can lough on me.I am so happy and exited for my next step ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been going to this orthodontist for my braces and for the most part, the service is good and everything is clean. This is the only branch for iSmile Orthodontist at pelham parkway, however, which may be inconvenient for people who live far (in other boroughs) so I hope they can open up different orthodontist branches that are closer to commute with. My assistant was Emy!

I honestly do like this place, especially when it comes to braces. Getting your braces retighten is very quick and easy, no complaints at all on my part. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and everyone treats you with respect! I recommend coming here for getting your braces for anyone!! Dr.Emy took care of my teeth and did a spectacular job on my teeth.
