The best experience! From the minute I walked into perfect smile I was treated with love and care. Every staff is super attentive with all of your needs. I ran a journey of 4 years with braces with perfect smile and they never failed to confirm appointments and accommodate me if I missed one. Today I removed my braces and Vicmelys along with Dr.Tanksley treated me amazing. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking into braces!

Awesome experience! My teeth has changed a lot and I am VERY happy about it. I was very insecure about my overbite and wanted a few changes done to my teeth now I can smile away and feel comfortable about it. I love perfect smiles. They had the best service and guided me though-out my journey with braces very well. I truly do recommend that if you are looking for a place to get braces this sow here you should go to get the best results. I love my teeth now and I was able to get them in a little over 2 years. One thing I also love is the variety of colors they offer for the braces. I also loved my doctor he was nice and truly kept me very updated with everything that was going on during this process. I started my Invisalign process last year and just completed my treatment. I am so overly happy with my results and the treatment that I’ve received at Perfect Smile braces. My teeth are straight and I have no complaints. My process was fast, thorough, and painless. They provide constant reminders about your upcoming appointments and keep you updated with your treatment the entire time. I have referred my sister here as well 😀

This place is the epitome of what it looks like when professionalism, compassion, attentiveness and expertise meets at the intersection of satisfaction. The whole experience was above my expectation. As a person who was skeptical about what to expect with the process and how thebraces would look considering the stigma that sometimes surrounds the whole processs, Dr. Cho and the staff ensured every visit that my braces were tip top shape while perfecting my smile by getting my teeth to the desired look. Dr. Cho and his entire staff gave all been fantastic! My 3 kids are all patients there and the experience has been stellar! The office is extremely clean and has all modern equipment. The staff has always been wonderful in accommodating the schedule for me to go in for one visit for all of my kids. My kids are finished there treatments and I look forward to Dr. Cho continuing to monitor them as time goes by. This office has been great and has truly taken care of my kids for the past 2 years!

Very nice place, nice and friendly staff, the orthodontist and the nurses/assistant were very professional and helpful during the process. It’s was a pleasant experience and the environment is very clean and safe during the height of the Covid. I’m pleased with the results of the treatment and I would highly recommend this clinic for installment of braces. Also shout out to the staff who calls to remind me of my appointment!

The quality and the professionalism that this orthodontist place brings from the 555 E Fordham Rd location makes you have the best experience when getting braces or Invisalign. The staff are super nice and friendly. Not only that but Dr. Malstrom puts his time and care to his patients to make sure his patients have the best proper care for getting their teeth straightened.
