Perfect Smile Braces

Lol, I tried to make an appointment, but the receptionist hung up on me because I was struggling to hear and understand her over a slightly bad connection. Giving potential patients an attitude and hanging up on them, instead of understanding that sometimes patience is needed for clear communication, is nasty and unprofessional. I'm glad i had that little experience before I ended up with someone just as rude and impatient handling my braces!

Company is very money driven and does not care about customers. Went there for an emergency visit because wire is piercing my cheek and was told I needed to make a hefty payment before I could be seen. After agreeing to make the payment this location was unable to accept my payment method as they only take card and I didn't have it on me. They don't have Apple Pay and would not accept my account number to collect payment. I had to leave there with the wire still stabbing me. They would not accommodate me.

Awesome experience! My teeth has changed a lot and I am VERY happy about it. I was very insecure about my overbite and wanted a few changes done to my teeth now I can smile away and feel comfortable about it. Thank you so much perfect smiles for making this experience so AMAZING. I couldn’t be more excited and happy about my teeth :)

Horrible !!!!!!!They were charging my insurance for stuff they never did for me. I went for a consultation and charging me for X-rays when it’s a free consultation. I went in October and not one person reached out about the Invisalign I was interested in getting they all about the $$$ freaking horrible so turned off with this place. They charged my Insurance a whole lot of stuff that they did not do. HORRIBLE !

I started my Invisalign process last year and just completed my treatment. I am so overly happy with my results and the treatment that I’ve received at Perfect Smile braces. My teeth are straight and I have no complaints. My process was fast, thorough, and painless. They provide constant reminders about your upcoming appointments and keep you updated with your treatment the entire time. I have referred my sister here as well 😀

The best experience! From the minute I walked into perfect smile I was treated with love and care. Every staff is super attentive with all of your needs. I ran a journey of 4 years with braces with perfect smile and they never failed to confirm appointments and accommodate me if I missed one. Today I removed my braces and Vicmelys along with Dr.Tanksley treated me amazing. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking into braces!

I love perfect smiles. They had the best service and guided me though-out my journey with braces very well. I truly do recommend that if you are looking for a place to get braces this sow here you should go to get the best results. I love my teeth now and I was able to get them in a little over 2 years. One thing I also love is the variety of colors they offer for the braces. I also loved my doctor he was nice and truly kept me very updated with everything that was going on during this process. Overall if you’re looking into a place to go and get braces this is the place to go to.

Excellent place. I was Very happy with the staff they did a great job, excellent timing you go in and out.Vicmelys my number one girl. I trusted her since the beginning so sweet and gentle..I will miss her.Jazmin excellent, Debora wonderful and everyone else excellent. Dr.Garg is amazing, explains very well and is very gentle. Also Dr. Malstrom very good. I am very pleased with my change, I feel confident and happy smiling.I definitely recommend this place I give it 5 stars

So, I have been trying to get my daughter her braces for about 3 yrs now and they said she wasn't ready. Finally they gave the ok to start, not to mention she kept being seen by different doctors. She went in April to get fitted, they said 6 weeks. Not to mention I had to put a large down payment and they were charging me monthly. We are now in mid July and not one call regarding where are my daughter's invisaligns. If I was not so far in, I would look for another place.

The absolute worst ! They are money hungry and don’t think about what’s best for the patient ! They skipped steps of my treatment and were very unprofessional: I need a new retainer but I don’t even want to go back there. $10,000 + 4 years later and my teeth are still not what they promised they would be. This place needs to be shut down! Absolutely disgusting how they treat patients. They will charge you even if they aren’t doing what they are suppose to. I had to do a lot of independent research and just want to warn everyone about howScammy they are.
