Smile-Savers Orthodontics

Taking my children to Smile-Savers Orthodobtics is always a good experience. The boys both wear braces and are evaluated thoroughly and treated with care and respect. I notice that since we have brought them to this location they are much more satisfied with their care. The Doctor explains to them what their progress is and what needs to be done moving forward in a clear fashion.I am grateful to have my children as patients.Thank you All.Janet Caraballo

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I got my braces done here when I was in high school and they did a fabulous job. The thing is, I didn’t wear my retainers the way I was supposed to so I’m back again ( I know). Never the less , they are just as awesome as before. Everyone is so caring and diligent. The front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The dental assistants ( I’m sorry if that’s not the correct name) are super sweet and everyone is professional and kind. Also, you can tell Dr.V loves her job. She is very hands on and wants to make sure she’s doing her best. I can’t recommend this place enough. Oh and when I got my x rays done, Rachel helped me so much and was so patient and nice. Come here, you won’t be disappointed.

My son has been going to Smile-Savers Orthodontist for more than 4 years and I havr has very great experience with this office. The staff is great the office is always clean.Great office.

I have had a continuous great experience with this office in the bronx. I originally got braces in 2013/2014 and they were removed in 2016. Throughout that that the staff was friendly and communicated well with me. Today 05/08/2023 I visited for a follow up and again had a wonderful experience with staff like Racheal and Bryan communicating respectfully and honestly about everything for my smile to continue to be Colgate perfect.

My son Kris had his braces done here and they were affordable compared to other places and the quality of care was not lacking. I currently decided to get braces for myself as an adult and I am pleased with not only the cost but the friendly staff and the treatment plan. My teeth have made great improvements thanks to their efforts. Great place and great people what more could you ask for.

The best Orthodontic Ever, I had an extremely satisfying experience on Saturday April 30th 2022, the atmosphere the staff was wonderful , One particular Staff by the name of Rachel stand out, she went above and beyond to make me comfortable , i really appreciate you Rachel, You are an exceptional person, and when i think it wouldn't get any better than this, I met The Doctor she was very nice and professional, and she gave me very good advice which i am following up on, I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to get braces , you will definitely be swept away.

They are exceptional. I'll start with the front desk staff. Sometimes u go to a professional place and the front desk staff can make you feel unwanted-- NOT HERE! They are very professional and kind. Their mannerisms extend straight to the dental technicians and main dentists. They honestly ALL care about the patients. My son started when he was either 9 or ten bc he had an extreme overbite for his age and to stop the teasing we had to do something. His teeth look amazing. What else can I say. As a side note, their whole establishment (Dental Smiles Unlimited- adults and Smile Savers - children) work in the same kindness and professionalism.

I was in search of a new Orthodontist in order to proceed with Invisalign treatment. My regular dentist is located in Manhattan and no longer a viable option due to Covid-19, the need to work from home, and also their decline in offering efficient and courteous customer service. (A HUGE turn-off!!!) This led me on an Internet search for someone local with good reviews. Dr. Nick, Dr. Yannell and staff were the answer to my prayers! Not only is their office CLEAN!, they definitely have all of their safety precautions in order (Masks, Gloves, Sanitizer, Protective Coverings on all equipment, etc...) They were courteous, professional and my wait time was under 10 minutes. The waiting room was not crowded. Everything is spaced nicely. Their equipment is top of the line and unlike a lot of practices, they truly work with you in managing an affordable payment plan. Being a new patient (and fearful in the time of a worldwide Covid pandemic), they definitely put my fears at ease. I look forward to my ongoing treatment with Smile-Savers Orthodontics!
