Brookfield Smiles

It happy with this office and only went there because insurance coverage changed. Had roughly 3-4 appointments here. The dentist, despite me requesting not to use the water pick for my cleaning, still uses the water pick. And the dental hygienist would use the floss going straight down and pretty much sawed right into my gums. Thankfully coverage has again changed and I will go elsewhere.

My husband was not able to see his regular dentist, was having front tooth pain, I called a couple of people and Brookfield Smiles was highly recommended, I called them and within a half hour, they seen my husband, did x-rays, prescribed medicine, we paid very little, and said if we ever can't get back into his cancer dentist, they will help out, Brookfield Smiles went above and beyond for us and I will tell everyone about them, friendly, clean, very professional, very highly recommend them, Atttttt!!!

Going to the dentist has always been a nightmare for me. Started back when I was a kid and I didn’t get enough Novocain for a drilling.I love these dentists and staff at Brookfield Smiles. Very calming and gentle, friendly and experts at what they do.

Dr Rachel ruined my tooth nr. 19 - it was cemented and then the crown was cut- TWICE. Dr Shah eventually fixed it (the third time) and announced me my tooth will be compromisedAlso, dr Rachel and put a filling on my front tooth not good enough for a cow.At my cleaning dr shah ignored it, pretended there’s nothing wrong and I had exposed dentin, says my new dentistI had to switch dentists and my new dentist couldn’t believe the notes - they show a lot about the treatment at Brookfield Grimaces.(I wish I could post the notes- when they say margins closed they could be 1-2mm open .)

My kids and I have been going to Brookfield Smiles for years! We love the staff and dentists there. They are great at what they do. It was hard to find a good dentist that accepted Medicaid but we found Dr Shah. My kids were 3yr & 5yr then, they are now 18yr & 22yr.When I finished school and got a decent job with insurance I stayed with her and that’s how good they are. 😊😊😊❤️

Dr. Shaw is so lovely, and she always does a great job- especially if you’re afraid of needles like I am. However, every time I come here, I end up waiting over 45 minutes before I am seen. Last minute appointments for a broken bracket or anything related to braces, are not easily accessible either.In regards to dentistry: 5 starsIn regards to wait time: 2 stars

By far, one the best Dentist office I've been to in the last ten years.The staff was very helpful and accommodating.Dr. Wurbel and Dr. Rachel was great, total professionalism!They are very trustworthy and gave me their most honest opinion.They took their time to do good work and made sure I was comfortable.

Extremely professional and friendly staff with little to no wait times!! Dr. Shah is absolutely AMAZING!! She has such an incredible and friendly spirit and makes your dental visit extremely pleasant! Like many people, I’ve almost always been afraid when going to the dentist, but Dr. Shah is so gentle and makes sure you’re at ease. I would definitely recommend her and this office!!

I hate going to the dentist, but going to Brookfield Smiles everyone make me feel not so nervous about going to the dentist . Everyone is so friendly and nice I used to live right down the street from Brookfield Smiles so when I move back to Chicago I kept my dentist eventhough I have to drive a little farther I am ok with it because I am happy with dentist.

I love Brookfield Smiles and that is saying a lot since I'm deathly afraid of going to the dentist. This is the first dentist I've been to where I don't have anxiety. Their staff is friendly and I didn't have to wait forever to been seen, like I've experienced at other places in the past. They corrected a dental mistake another dentist from another office had made that had me in extreme pain. Since coming to them, I've gone no where else since. I also love that they worked with me on payment making it affordable. I definitely recommend!
