Made an appointment at the beginning of the year to get a cleaning. The EARLIEST appointment they had was 4 months away, and after waiting all that time for my appointment, they canceled and told me the next appointment I could get wouldn't be for another two months. NEVER have I had such a terrible experience with a medical provider. Unprofessional and apathetic. Never write a review, especially a negative one but this office practically wrote it for me. High recommend going somewhere else.

Made an appointment in January and gave my insurance information and was called today a day before my appointment to be told that my insurance is not accepted and the appointment was canceled. Spoke to Lily on the phone. Unbelievable.
