I had an amazing experience at Empire Dental NY PC! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Heba at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful truly a sweetheart and very beautiful , making the check-in process seamless. Hadley, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit also smelled really good.. Dr. Meir is truly exceptional! He took the time to explain everything in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and care. The entire team made me feel at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. I highly recommend Empire Dental for anyone looking for top-notch (CLEAN) dental care!

Editing this as I’ve been getting so much dental work this past year that this deserved an update: I never thought I’d be able to say that I actually really like my dentist. I had so many dental problems due to years of anxiety and just lack of insurance and I’ve been avoiding getting all the work done that I needed. Dr. Bartov and his team made me feel so comfortable and dealt so well with my dental anxiety. I was walked through every step of the process, never left guessing what was happening next. When I had an emergency and needed to be seen right away, I was fit into the schedule same day and had my problem taken care of. Every member of the staff is an absolute gem and I don’t think I’d ever want to go to another dentist after the excellent care I’ve received here. Original review: I’m so happy I found this place!! From booking an appointment to making a plan to tackle my many dental problems, everything was incredibly smooth. I was so worried about seeing a dentist because I was afraid I was beyond hope, but Dr. Ameri was so kind and gave me so much confidence and reassurance that my teeth can get back on track and laid out a thoughtful “roadmap to victory”. Looking forward to my future visits and eventually getting the smile I’ve always wanted.

Fantastic dentist, especially for people who are afraid of the dentist. The entire staff is so kind and patient. The exam itself was so gentle it didn’t hurt a bit. And the girls at the front desk even held my baby for me the whole time!

Dr. Bartov is the best dentist I have had in New York. Coming from a complicated jaw surgery Dr. Bartov helped me fix my loose teeth and make sure I kept my teeth in the best shape throughout the years. The great thing about the Dr is that he doesn't just go in your mouth and do procedures; he explains to you what he is doing and why he is is doing it before he does it, which not many do. I highly recommend this dentist and he has a great front deck staff as well!

Got an appointment the same day, girls at front desk were able to accommodate my hectic schedule, everyone was helpful and friendly from reception desk to dental assistance and Dr. Bartov is a godsend, fixed my pain within 15 minutes after walking around in pain for at least 2 months.,. I think I found my new dentist!

Had an implant put in early this year and recently came in for a crown / teeth whitening. I got the zoom whitening to finish off my treatment and the results were amazing; Maria was great with making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and was determined to get me the best results possible. The whole staff is great! highly recommend this practice.

Today was my first time at Empire Dental. Ella was so helpful and kind setting up my appointment for a loose crown . I see Dr John Jenks he’s great the stuff are ver friendly and the place is very clean and nice I definitely come back.
