I just visited a truly unique dental office—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They call themselves a “dental spa,” and they truly live up to that name! I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my opinion—a full 180°. Now, I can’t wait to return for my Invisalign treatment! For the longest time, I thought Invisalign was just for kids and teens, but they assured me it’s perfect for all ages. I’ve always had a hard time with anything in my mouth because of sensory issues and a strong gag reflex. Amazingly, that reflex disappeared during their scanning process, thanks to their masseuse who helped me relax throughout the procedure. It was such a thoughtful and calming touch! After completing all the scans and getting me set up for Invisalign, they surprised me with a 30-minute neck and back massage! By the time I left, I felt like I was leaving a luxury spa, not a dental office. I highly recommend this place to everyone—it’s not just a dental visit; it’s an incredible experience!

I’ve had the most stellar experience here at Envy Smile Dental Spa! My first visit, I was Instantly greeted with the most personable, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone from the Elizabeth at the front desk through Dr. Marianna Wiener! Bella guided me through the process of what my options were in correcting a history of poorly executed, run down dental work. I feel comfortable, confident, and blessed to have found a dental office offering the ultimate level of customer service! Do yourself a favor a schedule an appointment!

My experience with Dr. Weiner's office has been frustrating and unprofessional from the start. I was provided with conflicting information that led to unnecessary stress, including taking multiple days off work to travel to NYC. Each visit involved over an hour of waiting, which I found unacceptable. I initially sought veneers but was pressured into choosing Invisalign, a decision I now regret. I was told by a staff member, that this was a 'special type' of Invisalign. However, after contacting Invisalign directly, I discovered no such version exists. So I signed up in NYC when I could have just signed up in NJ. Additionally, I was informed over the phone that I had five cavities needing treatment. After getting a second opinion from my local dentist, I was told I had no cavities. When I requested formal documentation from Dr. Weiner's office, I received an unconvincing explanation in person from Dr. Weiner about another condition affecting my teeth. She also mentioned that her staff was incompetent, revealing that she had fired three employees. I found this very unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, I tried to transfer my Invisalign treatment to another provider, but they refused to let me. DO NOT sign up for Invisalign with them. There have been numerous inconsistencies between what was promised and what was delivered. Although I generally avoid complaining, I feel misled and frustrated. After this experience, I will not be returning to Dr. Weiner's office.
