Beloved Dr. and staff do their best, but communication is bad and they seem to have too many patients to fit into their hours. Appointments run very late even in the morning. Think this is a great practice if you have a straightforward issue and a younger kid who can afford to miss school for appointments or wait months for a make up appointment if they are sick.Our insurance info was lost, we were yelled at for cancelling appointments for being sick during the height of Covid, and for a parent not attending the appointment (even though they never told us that for the first 4 years or before said appointment).My kid was many times sent home with either incorrect information and/or supplies and then we were accused of delaying treatment and yelled at publicly in their office for requesting an email update of her complicated situation which went on for years longer than anticipated. They are nice but clearly overwhelmed by the amount of patients. The final teeth came out fine but it is highly unusual to blame the patient when a procedure does not go as planned especially when part of that is the office being unable to fit in a patient for many months at a time for a quick check in to see progress.

I had the best experience under Dr. Khanna's care at Fresh Orthodontics. The total experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. The office is staffed by the nicest, most courteous and HAPPY staff. The orthodontic techs are well trained and equally pleasant, happy and absolutely gentle! During the initial shut down due to Covid, Dr. Khanna took every possible step to assure his patients that the office would do everything possible to assure our safety. And he did just that!I wore braces when I was a young teen however at age 65 I wanted to freshen my ‘smile’ by fixing the teeth that now were crowded in places and spaced out in others. I chose clear brackets and wire because I know better of myself and didn’t think I’d be completely compliant with the clear aligner system.  It’s a totally different technology than it was 55 years ago when I first wore braces. Adult with regular braces here, I’ve been going to Dr Khanna for over a year and I am so impressed with the results that I’ve seen in that time. When I first started looking for braces or Invisalign to fix my midline and bite, other orthodontists made me feel like what I wanted to achieve was either stupid, impossible or so simple. I just had to meet Dr Khanna to understand that my goals were reasonable and achievable, and he explained to me how. I believe he is the best at what he does. He’s kind, thorough and prioritizes his patients’ results. That does mean that he is pretty heavily booked and he takes his time with each patient. I enjoy overhearing Dr Khanna talk with and explain thoroughly with each patient their process because it’s clear he really cares. If you’re going to invest longterm in your teeth, Dr Khanna is a very good investment.
