Dr. Garry Shnayder is the epitomic example of a terrific oral surgeon. He is the consummate professional: confident, self-assured, experienced and skilled. He was also pleasantly comforting in his chairside manner. I was assured by him that my molar extractions (without general anesthesia) would be "over in no time" and without incident - and he was right. He was masterful and precise, exactly as I had hoped/expected he would be. If you are in need of an oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Shnayder!

My 11 year old daughter had to have 4 premolars removed to support her orthodontic treatment at another office. Dr. Snyder was very friendly, informative, pays close attention to detail and involved me as a parent in the entire procedure. Even though the office does not take our insurance the level of customer service from my initial phone call to the end of the procedure was top notch and worth every dime. My daughter regularly goes to the dentist but has never had any procedure other than a cleaning and she was extremely comfortable from beginning to end. Today is officially a week post op and she is healing very well. Dr. Snyder even offered to let her keep her teeth which she happily accepted. I wish I got the name of the young woman at the front desk because she was very discrete when delivering information with my daughter there as to not cause her any anxiety. The office is clean, modern, easily accessible with a parking lot nearby. I will definitely return in the future for any of our major procedures.

The doctor is great—he removed two wisdom teeth, and everything went smoothly. The procedure was painless, and I had no issues. However, there were a few things I didn’t like. First, during my last visit, I had to wait for an hour. Also, it wasn’t clarified in advance that my insurance wouldn’t cover the wisdom teeth extraction. Additionally, I never received two prescribed medications (an antibiotic and something for swelling). Despite calling multiple times, they were never sent to the pharmacy. The total cost for the two extractions was $1,600. Overall, the doctor is very skilled, but the communication and organization could be improved.

Amazing experience at Pristine! I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Gary Shnayder, and it was a super easy, quick procedure. I was very nervous going into it, but I could not have asked for a smoother extraction. Thank you so much!!!!!! I am so grateful.

Dr. Shnayder is AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I woke up at 2am on a Saturday in terrible pain. By 2pm the same day I had an emergency surgery completed. Several other local Brooklyn Surgeons were either not open on weekends or just couldn’t accommodate me despite the urgency. Dr. Shnayder’s front office team here understood my situation and squeezed me in. Thank you!!!

I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience today by Dr Shnayder’s office. The first thing you notice is the office is extremely clean and modern. From a care standpoint, he and his team were very informative, explained everything about why the procedure was necessary, did the procedure relatively pain free, and aftercare. I just had a tooth extraction done today and will be seeing the Dr in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dr Shnayder!

Absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Shnayder only seemed interested in guzzling some cash out of me. Told me that pre-authorization for my insurance takes a long time (I have about $3500 allowance that would expire at the end of the calendar year), and I need to pay out of pocked (around 2K), then (maybe) get reimbursed for services if insurance deems it reimbursable. Oh, it gets better. In order to determine what services are needed, I had to pay $295 out of pocket for some "3-D graph" that i have never heard of before, without which he can't determine what's needed. Gut feeling told me something was fishy. Sure enough, went for a second opinion, no issues, no "pre-paying", AND the new doctor will try to save my teeth (I have gum infection), while this one wanted to extract not one, but two teeth. My advice, skip on this con artist of a doctor, there are much better ones. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option!

Just had a wisdom tooth extraction …. One of the greatest and easiest extraction experience I ever had.. Dr. Snyder and his staff are amazing when it comes to patience and amazing bedside manners. I was very nervous thinking of the pain during and after the extraction but honestly they all were very professional in ensuring their patients' comfort. I was totally surprised of how least the pain was after the effect of the anesthesia and the numbness was diminished. Amazing, thank you for such an easy experience.
