Dr. Scantlebury and her staff have been wonderful! They care about your experience, making you feel comfortable. All your questions and concerns get answered providing reassurance of your orthodontic experience. Dr. Scantlebury is very professional and handles your case with the utmost care. It is my first time getting braces and the experience has been great!

The front desk is always very welcoming and do a great job of remembering who’s who somehow. I was able to get seen early a few times as well. The staff that help with taking out/putting in braces, taking scans/pictures, etc., are all great as well - they make sure you’re comfortable throughout and after. Dr. Scantleburry is awesome as well and she does a great job of explaining what needs to be done next and how she will try to accomplish that.

UPDATE: My daughter had her braces removed and her teeth are perfect, we couldn’t be happier!!! Dr Scantlebury did an excellent job!!My daughter is almost at the end of her treatment and it was an honor and pleasure that we did it with Dr Scantlebury. Dr Scantlebury always made sure that all procedures were properly explained before hand and made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend her.

My experience has been exceptional. The staff very friendly and respectful. The time spent in the office was never taken for grantedThey always try to see you on the time scheduled for the visit and got you out in a timely fashion. Dr. Scantelbury is an amazing Orthodontist also her front desk staff is amazing as well as her assistants.They also partake in holiday give away for the kids. Teachers ,and parents.

Dr. Scantlebury is great and very professional. I get my braces off in 2 weeks and I’ve felt secure and comfortable in her care and expertise. When I was shopping around for orthodontists, she was the most insightful and informative in helping me make the best orthodontic decisions for my unique oral infrastructure. Her receptionist staff is also super warm and inviting!

Dr. Scantlebury is a wonderful orthodontist!!! She is a total expert, completely on top of everything, but is also quick to put you at ease—I just got my Invisalign off and I couldn't be happier!Also, Crystal and Yvette are AMAZING—super good at their jobs and lovely people, so you'll never be bored in the waiting room. My 13 year old is a patient of Dr. Scantlebury. She recently got braces. She was a bit nervous and apprehensive about it all. The staff did an awesome job of easing her nerves. They are friendly, accomodating and efficient. Dr. Scantlebury is patient and keeps you abreast of what she's doing and why. The office is immaculate. We love it here!
