Great service and location near my home the staff is great and kind but this is my fourth visit and still has not been able to find what happened to my refer and friend gift card multiple time they are very kind that they are going to look into it but nothing has happened just the same statement we are going to find out what happened and contact you within the week this is the forth time I heard this same sentence

Amazing experience. Felt very safe. Both the hygienist and doctor were incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly and in detail Making sure to show me exactly the problem areas on the x rays. Everything from the X rays to photo taking and measurements was gentle and considerate, unlike places I had experienced before. Also nice there is a TV on the ceiling so I can watch Planet Earth during the clean. They have someone on hand to explain the costs and insurance as well. Highly recommend.

I’m terrified of the dentist, I’ve had uncomfortable and traumatizing visits where realistically they just want my money and don’t actually care about me. Tend is the polar opposite. Tend is uniquely different, they understand the assignment of caring, to the smallest of details such as sunglasses to wear while you’re getting worked on. Patience and courtesy go a longgg way and I cannot wait to go back, said me NEVER! I’m forever a Tend patient 10/10

Dr. Ivy was absolutely amazing. I’ve been wanting to start my Invisalign journey for years and I’m so happy I started with Dr. Ivy. She walked me through my entire process for Invisalign. I was nervous to get started and she was so reassuring and sweet. We reviewed my outcome stimulator together, the Dos and Don’ts, and my timeline. She was very knowledgeable. Best Orthodontist ever!! Can’t wait for my new smile. Also shout out to Diane her assistant. She was patient with me and also answered all my questions. Thank you Tend!!!

Loved the sleek look and feel of the place! My cleaning and new patient photos were all done very well and my friendly hygienist answered all of my questions with a lot of detail and explained so much to me about dental health. The exam done by the dentist felt a little rushed / impersonal but I understand he’s probably spread a lot thinner than the hygienists are. Everyone was also very upfront with how much my insurance would cover which was nice to have that clarity. Overall I’m very happy with my visit and am looking forward to my 6 month return visit.

Everything as described ahead of time, giving me a comfortable and worry-free visit. They set up follow up for next steps in my treatment plan, and the Tend app was immediately updated with that treatment plan and upcoming dates and procedures. Everything felt transparent and honest, although they do quickly assume that you want the things they are describing that you should have (like fluoride treatment or night guard). You still have a choice, but you'll have to speak up to say you DON'T want to follow their treatment plan, if that's the case. Overall, great experience so far!

nice staff, clean place, good systems. very ikea inside. multiple services facilitated in house.shouldn’t be this hard to find a reasonable dental practice on 2023, but at least they’ve done it. thanks!

EDIT — customer service reached out to me and was willing to reverse the charge. They were responsive to the below situation.I asked about the pricing up front once over the phone the day before (after describing my whole situation) and several times in the office before they started any exam, and each time I asked, a team member assured me confidently that my visit was free of charge. When I was leaving they bait and switched, charged me $200.00 for a prescription mouthwash and some referrals for three out of network oral surgeons. They wouldn’t even write down the name of the pharmacy they sent the prescription to (the prescription I paid $200 for, mind you). Absolutely absurd. What a huge scam.

This was my first visit to Tend. I hadn’t been to the dentist since pre-pandemic and have anxiety which isn’t a good combo. I even cancelled a couple appointments. I finally decided to go in and I’m so glad I did. My hygienist, Luxin was so nice and calming and talked me through everything. Dr. Husain was just as comforting and kind. All and all it was a great experience. I don’t leave reviews, but with the few negative ones here I wanted to add a positive one based on my experience. If you’re considering a dentist I’d give this one a shot.

Not a bad thing to say. The staff here is collectively kind, patient, and thorough. While I’ve been seen by a few different dentists Tend has been able to provide continuity in hygienists. For me, working with the same hygienist consistently really does help ease dental anxiety and I’ve been very happy with Nilsa. I’ve had four visits so far over the last two years and I plan on continuing to go to Tend.
