I had an amazing experience.From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative—they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Rubinov performed my dental implant surgery flawlessly, and my healing process has been fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and can’t wait to continue working with him to achieve my dream smile.

I went to Dr. Rubinov for lip filler. I am absolutely obsessed with the results. He took so much time and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He pays close attention to detail and my lips look very even and natural but plump and hydrated. I had minimal bruising/swelling after the first day. Highly recommend for cosmetic needs! I have gotten Botox here before as well and also long lasting, amazing results!!

Pretty terrible experience overall. Overcharged, and the front desk misfiled my insurance info once, didn’t follow up, and then apparently never resubmitted the correction. 2022 was my last visit, found out today they are “unable” to help with that mess up now. My fault forgetting to handle back then, but supreme lack of care seemingly. Oh well, there are other dentists out there

Hands down best in New York! I got a cleaning and a teeth whitening, the results are absolutely stunning! The staff members very helpful, extremely clean and modern dental clinic. I got treated with the latest generation high tech equipment, got X-rays, 3D scans, trays designed for my teeth anatomy. And Dr. Rubinov a true master on his craft! The only dental clinic I’ll visit from now on, I recommend them more than any other clinic out there. Thank you again!

Dr. Ward is just simply the best, cares for his patients the way he would his own family. And for those of us without insurance, their yearly dental care club plan is a great value.

The service provided here is so reliable, not only to meet your expectations but to exceed them, I always walk away feeling looked after. Dr Rubinov has the magic touch and I trust him wholeheartedly with my face! That’s not an easy thing to say about someone.

I recently relocated to Brooklyn from Texas and needed a new dentist. This was one of three practices that I looked at and am glad that I chose Dr. Ward. It's a small office and I didn't feel like I was in a factory. The first appointment is, of course, long because xrays, photos, etc. I felt like I was in very good hands with the hygeneist/assistant and then with Dr. Ward. I have a niggling issue with a crown and we've come up for a plan for that (and they are preclearing the insurance issues). I also have slightly crooked teeth on the bottom that don't show, so they don't bother me. Nearly every time I go to a new practice, they try to upsell me on some ortho for that. Not here. I very much appreciated it. I recommend Dr. Ward and Williamsburg Dental Arts.

Big thank you to Imani, who is an awesome hygienist!!! She was very patient with me and my dental phobias, she answered tons of questions, gave amazing advice and gave me a great cleaning! Thank you!! 1st review: SO happy I decided to switch from my old dentist and come to Williamsburg Dental Arts!! I was hesitant because I was going to have to pay for my visit and then get reimbursed by my insurance (at my last dentist it was fully covered upfront). But coming here was WORTH IT! Everyone at Williamsburg Dental Arts was so helpful, knowledgeable and overall awesome, they made the process so easy (BIG thank you to Ileana, Ksenia, and Dr. Konstantin Rubinov!!) Prices are very fair, their exam is THOROUGH with top of the line equipment and methods. Highly recommend :)

Although the overall dentistry here is great and I was very satisfied with my actual visit, the issue I encountered had largely to do with my reimbursement from the insurance company and the way the office handled that. I was told that after paying for my visit, I would be receiving a reimbursement from my insurance company within 1-3 weeks from the time of service. After months of waiting and multiple back and forth calls with the office, the reimbursement I received was a small percentage of what I initially paid for. It turns out that I was given wrong information by one of the receptionists with regards to them working with a particular insurance plan that they initially told me they worked with. The experience was frustrating to say the least. After voicing my frustration multiple times I was eventually able to escalate the matter to the owner of the practice, Dr. Rubinov. I’m happy to say that he handled this issue for me immediately, accepted the responsibility on behalf of his staff and I was able to get the full reimbursement I was promised.

Very relaxing and reassuring experience as a new patient at WDA!!! Dr. Rubinov and his team are super friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend!!!
