If I could leave negative stars I would. This team is very unprofessional. I completed my treatment, which was over a year, it was also rushed. My braces were taken off and the very next day I had huge gaps in between my teeth that are now having to be fixed by another orthodontist office. When I was in for my appointments Tracy & Vee were absolutely phenomenal and very gentle. There were several appointments they had new dental assistants on the floor that had no clue what they were doing and had to ask questions throughout the entire appointment. There is constant turnover, there is always a new face. The office is always offering “discounts” or “dollar amount of full cases for a certain amount of time, this has been advertised for over two years.When it comes down to billing and the financial department, they are horrendous. I was in communication with the office manager Erica and the financial coordinator Briana, I was told I would receive a call back and never did. They will ask you very inappropriate questions that have nothing to do with the office and treatment itself. If you do not do things their way they will try to send you to a collection agency with insufficient information.I would definitely seek other honest and trustworthy ortho offices in the community.

We chose SmileCrew in Buda because of all the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The entire staff here is fantastic. Erica in the front office made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Taylor did a fantastic job explaining the cost breakdowns and payment options. Dr. D was very thorough in his analysis of my sons needs and his treatment plan. My son was very nervous and Molly did a wonderful job explaining every step to my son as his braces were being applied. I can't say enough good things about SmileCrew in Buda. If you are in need of braces, look no further, this is the place for you.

I am so happy to have trusted smile crew orthodontics with my Child’s braces. We have had quite a few bad experiences in the past with dentist offices So my daughter was pretty Standoffish about going anywhere new that has to do with your teeth. Smile crew orthodontics, changed that. SmileCrew has been WONDERFUL for my family. I have three children that all had braces here. I have full confidence in their expertise. All of their teeth look beautiful. All of the staff are very kind; they absolutely care about each individual here and are very good about listening to their customers. They really take time to answer any questions you have and do not just rush you through an appointment. SmileCrew Orthodontics staff, technicians, and Dr. Despot are amazing. If you are shopping/researching and reviews help, then read this review.I’m in my 40’s and have 5 kids. My oldest and I went on this orthodontic journey together in 2020. Since then, him and his siblings teeth have been straighten and cared for. I’m on year 3 of a 4 year journey and Dr. Despot has been patient, thoughtful, and cared for my case each step of the way.I originally choose SmileCrew because I support local and live by the “I live here and I give here” mantra but this crew has exceeded my expectations and more.

After interviewing several Orthodontists between the Kyle and South-Austin area, the obvious choice for my adult dental work is "Buda Orthodontics".Dr. Connor Despot, cares about his patients' health and gums; the front staff is friendly; and payments are reasonable.Update:It has been a journey and I'm finally reaching the reveal of my new smile. 😃 With assistance from the SmileCrew Orthodontics front-desk/back-office team (~Briana, Erica, etc.), I'm grabbing merch as a reminder of the 'fun' times.

Taylor was the BEST!! She made this momma super comfortable when talking $$ she has such great energy and connects easily with the clients. She was even giving my daughter tips on band colors for her braces. She’s a gem!Dr.D is super knowledgeable and has a great energy. You can hear him encouraging the staff and giving kudos on great work.Molly was placing braces on my daughter today and she was so patient and kind. Smile Crew is the best! I am a complicated case and visit their office every 2 weeks and they never fail to impress me every time. They are consistently clean, friendly and get me back almost immediately!My fave assistant Sarah is always fast, gentle, answers all my questions and works with my schedule for next appointments! Dr Despot is always sharply dressed and makes me feel confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend for any age!!

My daughter and I had the best experience with the wonderful team at Smile crew buda. From the front counter assistance to Taylor to Dr. D.And the assistance in the back. They made us feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They explained everything to us on what to expect during the process of my daughter getting braces. They were over all 10 out of 10. I definitely have recommended them to family and friends.
