We’re a family of 5 and have been patients of Dr. Sarrafi at Smiles of Buffalo Grove for the past five years. We love her energy, bedside manner and attention to every detail. Atosa and her team always put us at ease with their relaxed approach. A testimony to her care and treatment, we’re cavity free after all these years! Would highly recommend her practice!

Can't say enough good things about the team of people working at Smiles. I had been for looking for a new Dentist after moving to Buffalo Grove recently and was presently surprised with their work after a deep cleaning and two fillings. It's rare to find professional, proficient, and personable in one setting but these folks have it all in then some. After 1 really bad experience another other practice in the area, this is the one is a keeper!

Our family of 4 has been with Dr. Sarrafi for many years, even following her from another location. I fully trust her judgment and recommendations for our oral healthcare.Her staff is incredibly friendly and always makes us feel welcome.They are very transparent and upfront with all costs so I’m never surprised after a procedure.I’d highly recommend Smiles of Buffalo Grove.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sarrafi for about 7 years now, at least, and she is wonderful. She is such a sweet, kind, patient, and understanding dentist. She takes the time to listen to any concerns you have and comes up with a game plan for you. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, even for a general cleaning. Dr. Sarrafi helps me feel so comfortable and walks me through every step of the way. Love her!

Let's start by saying I never thought I'd ever be reviewing a dentist, however this office is awesome starting with the staff of Agnes out front, and Letty the hygienist/dental assistant who are both very nice and easy to work with in addition to the ambience, decor, and most importantly cleanliness of this office is what keeps our whole family coming back. Dr. Sarrafi is a great dentist with a gentle touch and was so good with our son for his first time to a dentist. You couldn't ask for a nicer or more pleasant dental experience. Keep on flossing...

I have been seeing Dr. Saraffi for going on 4 years and I can honestly say she is the best dentist by a long shot! She does a wonderful job and also makes you feel comfortable during the process. She’s very positive and upbeat which makes the experience really nice. She is very thorough and will answer any and all questions you have! Lety, one of the dental hygienists is also very friendly and does a great job. Agnes at the front desk is always a pleasure. All in all everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is nothing less than great! 10/10 would recommend Smiles of Buffalo Grove!-Jessica S

I recently visited Smiles BG for a routine check-up and cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Saraffi was thorough and explained everything they were doing step by step, which I appreciated. The facilities were clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. Words cannot describe the sheer professionalism of this dental office, so I will do my best to describe my experience.When I first walked in, I was confused because this place looked too beautiful to be a dental office. I honestly thought I had stepped into a luxurious hotel; The flooring, classy chairs, and beautiful paint tone make it warm and welcoming.The staff was beyond courteous and welcoming.Shortly after I was prepped by the staff members/admins, I was then greeted by this lady, who I found out would be my doctor.Her name is Dr. Sarafi.She was vivacious in terms of how she lit the room with joy. This doctor must be highly protected since she exhibits excellent patient care and professionalism.I cannot express my gratitude for having a professional Doctor that goes above and beyond her duties to ensure her patients are well-taken care of.I highly recommend 5/5
