You go in through the back of the building!! I wasn’t sure at first and walked around the whole building.The staff is very friendly! I have severe dental anxiety and trauma and let me tell you, finding a dentist who caters towards that is incredibly rare! I highly recommend coming here if you have any dental reservations. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. The dental chair even has a slight massage feature to ease you physically!12/10

I am incredibly nervous about going to the dentist. I also have a lot of work that has to be done after years of putting everyone in my life before my own needs. I requested an appointment online. They called the next day. My consultation was quick and easy. Everyone is extremely nice and nonjudgmental. I ended up having an emergency before they started my work. They got me in the same day and corrected my problem quickly and pain free. I highly recommend the Smile Center.

I would rate the Smile Center ten stars if I could! I called about getting my teeth fixed and they got me in the next day for an evaluation. Everyone was so nice and polite! I had my procedure done within a month! I'm so happy how fast this went. I opted to get put to sleep for the dental work. I highly recommend it if you're nervous about the procedure. Then, the BEST part about having the work done here, I was NOT even sore the next day. They give basic meds to keep swelling down and they worked miracles!! I'm still shocked that I was in NO PAIN after having a bunch of teeth pulled! They gave me tips (like sleep sitting up the few days following) that my previous dentist never told me about.I really highly recommend the Smile Center for any and all dental needs. A little drive there is totally worth it!!

Today was my first appointment at smile Center. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to have my issue straightened out. I was then brought to the back to meet the dentist and dental assistant. I’ve never felt so calm and reassured that I was going to be taken care of. I wish I would’ve found this place sooner.!!! Amazing practice!!!! Forever a patient . Thank u smile center!!!!!

I have a lifelong fear of the dentist, a horrible crippling lifelong fear and I have never been to an office that has made me feel so comfortable and has been so kind. It's still something for me to get used to because they are so kind there and I am so so glad that I took the recommendation of a friend and trusted these guys because I have not been let down. They are the best staff of the nicest people that cater to the biggest wusses in the world, like myself. I wore a mask waaaaaay longer than the pandemic called for because I was too embarrassed of my horrible teeth. I only came out of my house to work, stopped doing my makeup and couldn't stand if I accidentally saw myself in the mirror. Nobody understands how crippling bad teeth can be to a person unless they have bad teeth themselves. My confidence wasn't just low, it was gone. Since I've gotten them done I've been more active, outgoing, I got promoted at my job...and I smile big and often. It was worth every bit of the process and I am so pleased with the results. Do it. Go get your teeth fixed.

Visiting the smile center for the very first time was truly amazing experience. Starting with the secretary. She gave everybody a warm hospitality. Then the entire process was complete and courteous. They even made accommodations for me to get my teeth clean. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much, for your concern and professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Center! Everyone who works there was such a pleasure! I'm terrified of Dentists, but Dr. Raymond and his hygienist, Alicia, were so nice, and made me feel so comfortable! I'm not even dreading going back for a root canal! Other places tried to upsell me, but Dr. Raymond made me feel so at ease about that! He even made a joke like "As you can see from our building, we don't try to upsell here!" Lol! Juliette, the front office supervisor, was so sweet! She knew I couldn't afford anything extra out of pocket right now, so she even suggested a payment plan through Sunbit! This is such a great practice! I highly recommend this dental practice!

They’re amazing, especially Juliette who handles and questions and any financing information. She makes sure you’re understood and taken care of from start to finish. Everyone who works makes certain that you feel welcome and comfortable. Can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had serious dental anxiety for years and for the first time- I have no worries when I need to call or be seen for an appointment.

The associates at smile center are a nice group of people. Whom truly cares about their clients. They’re always so very nice and pleasant. The doctors treat everyone with kindness and respect. Doctors totally take excellent care of their patients. They make you feel like part of team. I truly enjoy going to the smile center. By far the best dental group I ever went to. Keep up the extraordinary work. You all deserve it.

I need to say how THANKFUL I am for my dentist Dr. Raymond and his assistant Alicia at Smile Center Buffalo NY! I’ve been on a 2 year journey to get my teeth squared away. Root canals, tooth extractions, crowns, and fillings. After 2 years, my mouth is finally cavity free and 100% taken care of!! They’ve been so friendly, caring, and understanding of my situation and my needs. I feel like I’m with family when I go there, and honestly who says that about going to the dentist lol just THANK YOU 🖤
