The staff was awesome I've tried 5 dentist to help my autistic twins an nobody could help us till I came here the dentist was the nicest guy I've seen enjoyed talking to him but aggressive enough to get the job done an won't give up on my kids like the others loved the waiting room very inviting to kids with disabilities nothing but good things to say

Beautiful and well maintained waiting room with a theater room for kids (no movies playing today) and a complimentary Keurig machine available for parents (but no K-cups, so bring your own). The staff is friendly and patient with the kids, and good patients are rewarded with tokens they can cash in at a fun vending machine after their visit.Removing a star because we checked in at 11:12 for an 11:30 appointment, but as of 12:27 we still have not been called back, so you will need to account for extra waiting time if you are taking your kids out of school or need to get back to work.

For the second time in a row I signed in on the clipboard and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. People who came in after me were checked in (without signing in on the clipboard) and subsequently taken before us. This happened with about 5-6 patients before they finally looked at the clipboard and called me up to check-in. I signed in at 3:49pm and checked in by the receptionist at around 4:13 for a 4pm appt. and was not taken until after 4:20pm. I understand the hygienist may get backed up and we have to wait but that is not at all my gripe. My discontent is 100% with the office staff and their lack of following their own protocols and being unorganized. I am truly thinking of switching dentists offices because of this. First time this happened I let it go, but now I see this is normal for them but completely unacceptable.

Normally we like it here. This time- not good. Dentist told my son he could fix 2 small chips in his front teeth in '10 seconds" by just filingbthem down, then proceeded to say he didn't have time and it will cost $430!!...for 10 seconds of work? Really?..."it's not covered by insurance". Then tried to tell me 2 cavities would be $100. What?! I've never had to pay for my kids fillings ever. I'm so irritated. Been coming here awhile. Not coming back.

We are so happy with the care attention and love that Dr. Mike & Dr. Steven pour into their work. We loved going into the office and being out with our three year olds tongue tie. We felt so safe and comfortable with their extreamly professional yet casually comfortable approach. Their passion of childcare is noticed in every detail of their office.After photo on the car ride home <3No tears or fears !Thank you!Let me just add that my husband can say, “love that man” to Dr MikeThank you!!!! I brought my 5yo son here for the first time (although not his first dental appt) and he had a great time. Odd to say he had fun at the dentist but he did! Even while they numbed and gassed him up to do what they needed to do. There was a TV above his head to watch cartoons & a prize at the end! The doctor (Dr Mike) was amazing. Friendly & thorough. We are switching to Winning Smiles ASAP! PS my son thinks he’s a “silver tooth tiger” now and was showing off his tooth all day lol

If you have any sort of dental emergency, don't bother with this business. Six weeks to get an emergency dental appointment at a pediatric dental practice is ridiculous. They also recently cancelled my child's appointment for a routine visit, because there would be no dentist at the office that day, and then could not give us another appointment for two months, despite the fact that the scheduling error was theirs. I gave 2 stars because we have been happy with the service we receive, but the issues that we have had regarding appointments is unacceptable.

All the staff from the secretary to the hygienist to the dentist even orthodontist !! There is not one negative thing that I could say. MY children left with a ckean teeth a smile on their face and I left one happy mommy !!! we will definitely be returning as I feel like they treated me just how they would treat their own children or family. Great service and wonderful staff orthodontics and the doctors are wonderful they always do great work i am satisfied with everything they do for my 3 kids and Dr.Mike is great always has that positive talks and hes great with kids too I appreciate what they do.My kids likes winning smiles i never felt comfortable more than i did at winning smiles keep up the good work

The waiting room experience was crazy. There were kids yelling and screaming, even choking each other. There was also a woman vaping. I called and left a message for the office manager. It was out of control. I have three children and they were in awe of it. We’ve been coming here for a couple of years and it seems like it’s become worse over the years. Very disappointing. The dental experience was up to par.
