Braces of Burleson

Great place, great staff! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because almost every time I call, it goes straight to the automated machine saying they are assisting other patients, but I wait forever, and then it takes me to an answering machine, where you can't even leave a msg. I call over and over and over! There's no way, that they don't have someone there that can answer the phones at all times, cause when I walk in, there is always someone at the front desk, this part of my experience here with my son is the most frustrating part of all.

Was very hesitant to bring my daughter here since our last Orthodontist establishment did a bad procedure on her, but Maria made us feel right at home and did such a AMAZING job with the braces. Couldn’t be more glad bringing my daughter here . Would always recommend to my family and close friends. On a side note, that gingerbread house display was so cute .. my daughter wanted to bring it home with her 😆.

Gracey at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She greets you as soon as you walk in & she always has a smile on her face. I’ve never seen her have a bad day. She has the best customer service and is so positive. I love going in to see her!Dr Eric is so professional & sweet. He got straight to the point with treatment to get me out of my braces. He definitely has made my treatment a better experience and brought light to this office! I love all of the staff!

I called up to Braces of Burleson with a few questions and was greeted by a girl named Gracey. She was very polite and made sure to answer every question I had in a way where I could actually understand it! During my appointment Gracey was actually there and greeted me with a big smile, and was very kind during the short time I had to wait. I will definitely be using Braces of Burleson and will be recommended them to everyone I know!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! My daughter and I both get seen in the Fort Worth location and every part of the staff has been so HELPFUL and informative. Especially Amberley. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. My younger boys will need braces and I will bring them here as well. Thank you for everything y'all do. I appreciate it.

Literally so awesome! Every employee treats us with kindness, respect and hospitality. I feel so cared for when I'm getting my teeth done lol. I love it every time I walk in because I feel like a part of their family! 100% recommend their location!! *I especially love Amberlee and Yessi! 😘.
