I like how they would call if they never received a confirmation for the scheduled appointments..that is something different that I've never seen from other dental office. And the wait is not long. They will take care of you and waist no time. They are friendly and does their work very well.. IThey deserve 5 stars!!!

Update #2: Went to have my tooth looked at as it seemed infected and sure enough it was. It was a baby tooth and they took it out same day! Super quick and very nice. Made me feel comfortable.Update: My husband took my sister in to have her back molar removed. He had never been to this dentist before. They removed her tooth that had been bothering her. He had nothing but good things to say about the dentist. He was very professional and kind. My sister has been in such pain with her back molar and now she finally has some relief thanks to the dentist at Family Smiles of Burleson. You and your staff are wonderful!I took my sister here for a third opinion on her back grown up molars and I'm so glad I did! The dentist was so great and knowledgeable! The staff was friendly and we were not pressured into anything that we were not there for in the first place. Definitely reccomend and will be taking my family here from now on!

Went to Family Smiles today to get Zander's cavity filled. He was doing so well, he hadn't had any cavities but the last check-up showed 2. They could only fill 1 because the other one was too tiny to drill. Zander was happy about that. We have been coming to this dentist since Zander was 3 and I have never had anything bad to say about them. The staff is incredible, the dentists and the hygienists are always great with the kids. They always get you in very quickly. No sitting in the waiting room for hours waiting for the doctor. We have been going to Family Smile for 12 years and I would never think of going anywhere else.These posts were from a couple of years ago. Not sure what happened, I guess I forgot to hit post.I love Family Smiles!! They are great with Hannah. From the staff at the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself. They are all awesome!!**** Just went to Family Smiles with Hannah again. Check-up. No cavities!! Yea!!,🎉😁 Just want to say again how much we love this place. Who can say they actually like going to the dentist, especially a child? But, Hannah loves going to Family Smiles!! They know just how to deal with kids!! The office staff is incredible and the dental hygienists are awesome!! Today we went, 2 days before Thanksgiving, and when we left they let us choose a pie (pumpkin, cherry, pecan or apple) to take home with us. Is that great or what?? I just love them!!!

On July 6, 2023, I had an appointment for x-rays and exam. After the x-rays, I visited with the dentist and together we came to the decision for full dentures. It will be done in stages. Could take up to a year for the process.The staff are easy to communicate with. An overall good experience.

I can't say enough good things about them! Everyone listens, is attentive and patient. I have anxiety with dentists to the point I request nitrous and a blanket. I'm an adult! They gave me no trouble and had sprayed disinfectant on the blanket before they gave it to me. They go through everything step by step, and are open to questions. They are very knowledgeable bc the dentist even knew about a health issue that I have and gave me new info on how it effects my teeth. I've had bad experiences at more expensive places. They didn't push for extra work or future appts. I felt like they listened, had experience and do their jobs very well. Thank you!!!

As I'm sure everyone does, I had huge amounts of anxiety going to the dentist. It had a been an admittedly long time, but was needed. I scheduled my son at the same time and we got to be in the same room with each other. The aids, xray techs, office staff and doctor were the friendliest I have ever encountered. They were so good with my 6yo, and he's even excited to go back! Will be using them from here on out.

Friendly receptionist staff and awesome dentists/dental assistants. My two-year-old likes the dentist about as much as any two-year-old would, but the dentists and assistants are always patient and quick (but thorough). Dentist took time to answer questions and provided feedback about my child’s oral development. Waiting room is clean with more than enough seats, and the iPad station is such a lifesaver. Procedure rooms are clean and modern with TV’s. My child also loves the prizes afterwards. Great dental office!

I went here on family referral because my son needed lots of work done and the dentist here saw my son and was able to tell me more in depth what all he needs that another location couldn’t. My kids loved it they love the staff there and everyone is very nice . I was explained everything that needs to be done with patience and not like just another patient I felt like it was a one on one conversation not like a speed up and I have to go kind of thing. I will keep taking both my kids there!

I unfortunately don’t remember the names of my dentist or hygienist but they were both amazing. I refused numbing shots from a prior dental issue (different place) and they were understanding and kind. This was the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had and I’m very pleased with the results. The staff is all very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this business.

This was a very good experience. We transferred from Ikids to here and it was worth it. The dentist was very kind and very patient and extremely genuine with my children. I was very impressed with how he handled my son when he was afraid of getting his procedure done. Another thing that impressed me was how everyone works together here. The front desk, the dental assistants as well as the doctors all communicate with each other on such personal levels when it comes to dealing with patients. I really love that. I look forward to working with them in the future.
