Waited 3 months for this appointment just to have to be there at 6am and walk into this. The nastiest place I have ever been in. This is where you deal with people's dental hygiene? Disgusting!!! Not to mentioned the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting as well. I could semi understand if it was end of day and the floors were dirty from people walking around all day, but no We were the first people in there 6AM and it was filthy! Including the equipment which you can see in the pictures! STAY AWAY from here!

I like how they would call if they never received a confirmation for the scheduled appointments..that is something different that I've never seen from other dental office. And the wait is not long. They will take care of you and waist no time. They are friendly and does their work very well.. IThey deserve 5 stars!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a deep cleaning at 2:pm on Saturday. At 2:10 pm, after an Xay they told me to schedule another day for the deep cleaning since the process would take an hour. Why did they schedule my appointment at 2 pm then said that? The clinic closes at 3 pm. I saw all staffs and doctor rushed out of the clinic while I was talking to one of the staffs about billing insurance for the x-ray. They are very unprofessional. Plus the clinic smelt like a kitchen not a dental clinic.

We did not feel very welcomed. The office was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or dusted in months. The dental chair was ripped and torn and just “fixed” with clear tape. The dentist and the assistant when leaving the room took off their gloves and just threw them on the counter they didn’t even bother to find a trash can. One dropped hers on the ground and just left it there. We won’t be back. My kids deserve to go to an office that will treat them like children should be treated at a dentist office.

Five stars for bedside manner!Zero stars for everything else.The staff will never call you back if they say they will. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get your records! I was told my insurance would cover everything, only had a routine check up and cleaning… still got a bill.

My appointment was at 11 and I arrived beforehand. I was there until after 1:00 for a teeth cleaning. To me it seemed like they scheduled more appointments than they could handle. After each step of my cleaning (X-rays, cleaning, polishing) I had to wait an absurd amount of time. It is ridiculous for a teeth cleaning to take more than two hours. Do not recommend.

Horrible Horrible place. I have been here twice now & both times I was there a total of 7 hours each. They schedule you early, like 7am, & will even call you before that to come in earlier just to sit there for 5 hours before anything happens. Meanwhile your child has been fasting & is starving & thirsty. There is no point getting up there at 7a.m. when they don't even pull you out of the waiting room till noon. Then they give you excuses why its taking so long & the excuses they give you is something youve already done at 7a.m. Would not recommend anyone to this place.

Update #2: Went to have my tooth looked at as it seemed infected and sure enough it was. It was a baby tooth and they took it out same day! Super quick and very nice. Made me feel comfortable.Update: My husband took my sister in to have her back molar removed. He had never been to this dentist before. They removed her tooth that had been bothering her. He had nothing but good things to say about the dentist. He was very professional and kind. My sister has been in such pain with her back molar and now she finally has some relief thanks to the dentist at Family Smiles of Burleson. You and your staff are wonderful!I took my sister here for a third opinion on her back grown up molars and I'm so glad I did! The dentist was so great and knowledgeable! The staff was friendly and we were not pressured into anything that we were not there for in the first place. Definitely reccomend and will be taking my family here from now on!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.If I could remove the one star, I would. Long story short I took a family member here for a needed extraction. The tooth was indeed infected. They were going to commence the pulling of the tooth until he asked whether it was infected or not, which is a huge no no. Why would the patient have to point out or ask about infection to the doctor????The anesthesia was not affecting him because of the infection. We then got antibiotics and scheduled for a week out. He still could not get the extraction so a refund was requested. This is where the problems start. The office staff are sweet, however, sweet does not handle business or handle customer concerns! For three weeks I have been passed around like a ball to various people repeating the same information. All I needed was confirmation of refund and proof of refund emailed to me. For three weeks I repeated the same words over and over and over and over. When I was told I finally got a document emailed to me, they had taken down the wrong email after I left it THREE TIMES. This place is not efficient and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND IT!!!!

Since I started going here it has been a problem. They wait till the day of that there is a problem with the insurance and then when you get there they don't tell you right away they wait till you fill out all the paperwork and then tell you. Then all they say is sorry we can reschedule. I'm not bringing my kids back to their office. Called my insurance and they said that they are still good to get seen. They should have called them.
