Kai Orthodontics

They have a bad practice and monopoly. Their front desk don’t give you full info about possible appointment after 3:30, I figured out myself when another patient was discussing. No consideration for kids in high school and their commitments. Once I learnt that appointment after 3:30 possible, they gave me 2 appointments. Today I was talking to them and that person kept on denying appoinment after 3:30. After giving few data, she accepted but give me date after 3 months. Mu son is stuck with them but after this treatment, I am never going back to them.I won’t recommend these guys

I just had a first time TMJ/Braces consult with Dr. Marcus Kai and he was AMAZING!! My first orthodontist was not very good , my second orthodontist was TERRIBLE!(sorry not sorry), this is my 3rd time getting braces so of course I am going to be skeptical of any orthodontist since I had 2 bad experiences. But he gives me lots of confidence that I can trust him with my teeth because a good orthodontist pays attention and monitors your progress closely and makes sure you are one and done with braces. I will be starting the braces treatment with him soon. The initial consult he did was so thorough and he asked a lot of good questions. I never had an orthodontist be that thorough and it was a great examination of my mouth and jaw. He may be more pricey and it’s worth it! I was recommended by my boyfriend and he has PERFECT teeth and only had braces ONCE! Almost 10 years later his teeth are still perfect !!!! Highly recommend him!

We are very pleased and blessed to got referred to this orthodontist clinic. My daughter has quite severe over bite issue since she was a preschooler and she started to have consultation with Dr. Kai since she was five. Throughout the years, she have been checking in with them every 6 and 4 months until she’ve recently started her phase one orthodontist procedure. The entire process is quite smooth and our experience with Kai Orthodontics are always pleasant. Their examination is thorough and medical staffs are very friendly and informative. Dr. Chew and the rest of The staff whom my daughter have encountered with have helped her feel so comfortable during the entire process. My daughter is quite sensitive to every changes in her mouth and the staff is flexible enough to accommodate couple emergency appointments to check with her concerns and fixed the issue promptly. They are very attentive and follow through to make young patients are comfortable with their treatment. Tons of reminders to remind you to go to their with appointments so you are unlikely to miss it and paid unnecessary cancellation fees. Payment option is flexible and convenient. Would highly recommend Kai orthodontics to anyone who would like a lively smile again !

I am thankful for Drs. Kai, Dr. Kim, Dr. Chew, and staff for making my orthodontic treatment a great and pleasant experience. I started my braces treatment in middle school and then had my Invisalign treatment completed in college. The orthodontic work done by Dr. Kai and team fixed my overbite and straightened my teeth to make my smile look beautiful. Dr. Kai and his staff were very knowledgeable and informative in explaining the treatment process and were always helpful and accommodating at my appointments. Their office is also very clean and has the newest technologies for the examinations. I love my new smile and highly recommend Kai Orthodontics for both braces and Invisalign treatments. Dr. Kai and Kim are both highly gifted orthodontists. They do not rush you out of the treatment process - even for adult clients who feel antsy to get the process done - they stand firm to give you an excellent result. People have told me countless time that I have amazing teeth since finishing my treatment. In addition to the enhanced look, my oral health has improved. I no longer have TMJ as I used to and my jaw alignment generally feels more comfortable. You are in world-class hands at this clinic!

My son had braces applied @ Kai Orthodontics and the maintenance for the 2 different phases. Dr Marcus Kai explained the entire process from start to end.The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend his office.I was really impressed with my son's smile. I decided to schedule a consultation too. However, instead of the traditional braces, I went with the Invisalign. Almost 2 years later, I'm very happy with the results!However, the last couple of months I was being seen by Dr Chew, instead of Dr Marcus. She's great too. Awesome bedside manner. Plus she's better looking than Dr Marcus! 🤣

Dr. Kai is one of the best orthodontics that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am so thankful for finding him. I was surprised when I asked my dentist who she would recommend as an orthodontic and she said Dr Kai!! Never knowing that I already chose him. My daughter is very happy with him. I am pregnant and can’t lay in certain position. The wonderful lady helping me and Dr. Kai actually stood up for my appointment so I could have a safe appointment. They run on time and have friendly staff. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs ortho work. Worth every penny and I have the best ortho with great outcomes so far!

Dr Kai and his staff are amazing! The staff is polite and professional. Dr Kai is easy to talk to. He explains the process and care at every appointment. He is very knowledgeable and I don't think there isn't an orthodontic problem he can't fix. The office and facilities are ALWAYS clean. I would recommend Dr Kai and his team to anyone searching for a qualified and competent orthodontist.
