The Worst Ever!!!!!! If there was an opportunity to leave Negative stars, thats what i would do.. Beware.. After 9 months of treatment.. I was quoted for over 4k of work i didnt need.. Conned into a sunbit loan to which i am now fighting for my refund for.. Its been four months and I have not been refunded... I even went back for a cleaning that i paid out of pocket and i still have not received my refund. In addition after checking my statement.. Smiles west still owes me a refund on my failed inlay that only lasted for two weeks... One tooth, over a grand... If i would have listened to my insurance.. Would have only cost $300.50. I plan to update this review, if possible, when i receive my refund. But run away from this place.. Total scam artists.. I have all documents to support everything ive stated in this review.. Please listen to this warning...

My dad had a very bad tooth ache, we walked in and they welcome us with a big smile, helped us and gave us all the info we needed, so professional people, the front office dental assistant and treatment coordinator was supper nice friendly and helpful, doc was very kind and knowledge able, thank you smile west, my dad was in a very bad shape and with your help he could sleep tonight, highly recommended

This place was amazing when it was American Dental. Never had any kind of issues with them. Now that it's "Smiles West" it's pretty horrible. They kept my 4 year old and I in the exam room waiting for the Dr to come in for an hour and a half. When I finally got up and asked for my appt to be rescheduled they finally apologized and said they were overbooked. I didn't say much just asked for a call from finance (turns out that's their manager) because I had questions regarding my insurance. 3 days latter I called to follow up on call just to have the receptionist tell me there was a note from the manager saying they wouldn't take my call until after my rescheduled appt. Okay fine don't talk to me until after my appt but have the decency to have someone call to let me know your protocols, don't wait till I call back 3 days later to tell me that. Again I didn't say much and just ask to cancel my appt.

They will tell you to do as many services possible to fully milk your insurance. Money hungry company.I made an appointment for a cavity filling due to severe pain. I come in and do an X-RAY and wait for an hour just watching SpongeBob on the TV. Some lady comes in says I need a wisdom tooth extraction and a cleaning done. Doctor says he can do the extraction today. I say I don’t need wisdom teeth taken care of and came in for the cavity pain. And I got a cleaning literally last week. That’s how I know this company is shady and just try to make as much insurance premium possible.After I said I don’t need wisdom teeth extracted, he says he has no time for a cavity filling..even though he just said he could extract the teeth today.I asked why he can extract multiple wisdom teeth but can’t do a cavity filling. And he says it’s because it’s much more complicated and takes longer.Are you joking me?Found the dentist name: Naureen Sahibzada.Avoid.

Very bad service, I feel very angry because last August 25 my appointment was at 12:00, I arrived on time around 11:45 and they moved me to the express room and there they kept me for almost 3 hours without doing anything to me until 2:30 I asked What happened was that if they would attend to what they told me, that the doctors would go to lunch first and then they would come to do my cleaning. I was very angry, literally, until 2:50, they attended to me, thank you very much, but the service is not useful. I had to go late to pick up. Seriously, my children, if they are not going to have good service, please do not make appointments like that. I hope management does something or I will definitely look for another clinic where they will treat me on time and not make me wait so long. Nobody knows how people live very busy and with the exact time

Never ever coming back here again!!! They did a medical malpractice which resulted in me having an extreme periodontal infection and i might have to take my tooth out now. I have severe pain it has been some months already. They didnt want to take any responsibility for it either. They said they couldn’t do anything about it to go see someone else which is extremely unprofessional. How are you gonna mess up my teeth and say you can’t fix it? Be careful!!! they might not even sterilize their equipment. Don’t come here save yourselves the headaches!! I will most likely be lawyering up because this is a terrible malpractice case.

They are very nice staff and the periodontist's assessment of what needed to be done was practical and far less expensive than the assessment I received at Dental Wonderland in Panorama City. I am very grateful for this! I can now actually manage the high cost of gum grafting, in two sessions. I feel that they truly are honest and compassionate.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this office. I went to fix a chipped front tooth and the dentist after completing the filling decided to give me a new look with parting the 2 front tooth and leave a space in between. It looks awful!! I kept on coming for a repair and the last time requested to be seen by a more experienced dentist. They decided that they will not repair the damage and although acknowledge the damage refused to take responsibility to repair. I wouldn't recommend them!
