Dr. Jen and Jenny were great with my son Connor! He was really nervous at first, but their kindness and humor put him quickly at ease. They were very thorough and explained my son's dental issues to us both in great detail. They also listened (which is almost impossible to find in this day and age), and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you Dr. Jen and Jenny!!

3 of our 5 family members have been to Innovative Orthodontics and we have another scheduled next month. They are absolutely wonderful. Short wait times, great staff, and they really do a great job.If you have looked at before and after pictures of Invisalign results online, expect far more from Innovative Orthodontics than what you have seen. They have gone through the trouble of doing multiple re-scans and issuing full new sets of Invisalign to make sure that you are getting the exact results that you would wish for. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

So far it’s been a great experience! I have 15 year old twin boys that are patient’s of Dr. Spence. The boys started their smile journey eight months ago. I had billing concerns a couple of months back. Dr. Spence’s billing office handled my concerns promptly and properly. I have also encountered scheduling difficulties due to my work schedule and the staff have went over and beyond to accommodate which I appreciated. I recommend Innovative Orthodontics because they value their customers.

We just had our first appointment with Dr. Spence a few days ago. My daughter has a complicated issue with the last remaining adult tooth yet to drop down. The staff is incredible. They have already followed up with me about conversations they are having with her regular dentist about what looks to be a comprehensive plan. My daughter normally has a lot of anxiety about doctor visits but she was very relaxed and left feeling reassured that she would be well cared for.I couldn’t have been any happier with Dr. Spence after our initial visit. Using the imaging models, he explained the situation very well.

Cody's final apt before his release went well. He reported to me that everyone was great as usual and Dr. Spence and staff were super. He is now released from care and it is good to have two totally done with follow ups and everything but tough as we only have one left and he is just on follow up care. Innovative Orthodontics has been part of our family for years. We love the staff and Dr. Spence. If you need a great orthodontist and a wonderful staff go to Innovative Orthodontics

Love Dr. Spence and his entire staff. All of his locations are easy to get to and have lovely waiting areas as well as seriously innovative procedure areas. Getting orthodontic work done for you or your kids can seem daunting but they make the experience as easy as can be. All of my kids and myself have or will be getting their braces at Innovative Orthodontics. Three of us traditional, one Invisiline, and one to be determined. Please do your research but I believe there is no place as cutting-edge and has the best interest of the patient at heart than Innovative Orthodontics. They are "Setting' Teeth Straight!" in our family, let them set yours straight too!

I was down in Cape Girardeau visiting family when the wire on my bottom braces slid. It was causing me a lot of discomfort and my actual ortho was located in Kansas City. I called and asked if they would be able to help and they happily worked me in. They fixed my wire, put a stopper on so it would not happen again, and the doctor checked my braces for FREE. Pleasant and caring people!

Dr. Spence and his talented staff never fail to provide exceptional care for our children. We have been involved with having a child receive orthodontic services at this office for over 18 years. Dr. Spence and his staff are always prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We trust them completely to provide orthodontic care for our children!

Smooth, cheerful, problem-solving visit!I'm originally a Childer's Orthodontics patient from Southern IL, and since moving to Cape I haven't had any orthodotic needs... until last night. My fixed retainer came loose. Childer's and Innovative worked together to get my teeth the emergency help they needed!So easy to work with! So relieved.
