LOVE and DENTIST are two words that I absolutely never thought I would use together in a sentence, and yet here I am. Dr. Luu and the team at Elevated Smiles are more than knowledgeable professionals, they truly care about their patients. No matter what I’m faced with or how long it’s been since my last visit, they never judge, they just do whatever it takes to get me back on track. Dr. Luu has such amazing bedside manner, I am beyond impressed. Oh and they have a dentist appointment support dog in the lobby, so you know you can trust them. ☺️ There you have it Google, I love my dentist! It has been written.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch dental care at Elevated Smiles, and I couldn't be happier with the professional service I received from Dr. Luu.From the moment I walked into their modern and inviting clinic, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly at ease. The receptionists were professional, accommodating, and ensured a seamless check-in process, which immediately set the tone for the exceptional service to follow.Having dental x-rays is difficult for me as I have limited mobility with my jaw due to an injury. got a two crowns and a root canal from them. the root canal was poorly done and got infected. i ended up having to get it redone with an endodontist and was on antibiotics for a month to rid of the infection. i am now looking to replace the crowns as well as they do not align with the rest of my teeth. elevated smiles is fine for dental cleanings and simple procedures but i would not recommend it for any larger work.

Dr. Saw recommended the most extreme, time consuming, expensive treatment option possible without even adequately explaining to me exactly why it was really needed. I went to another dentist with much more experience and they recommended a cheaper more conservative treatment while also doing a much more thorough job of explaining what was going on.

Paulina & Nancy both did an excellent job prepping and taking me through the process of getting two new crowns! The Dentists did a great job as well! Can’t believe you can now have a crown made while you wait in the office! It’s such an easier process. Unfortunately one has to be re-done while the second was perfect, but I know they’ll take good care of me when I come back.

This is the place to go to feel completely comfortable about the whole experience. I felt confident that I was getting the right treatment without upsells. Dr Luu was kind and made sure I had all my questions answered. It was the first place I've been to where the dentist didn't seem rushed to get in and out. Paulina took care of my x-rays and settling me into the room. She was great! Super fun to talk to. I actually had fun at the dentist!

Service was great, they were very gentle, very informative, the staff always checked to make sure I was ok with what they were doing. Nancy especially was very sweet and helped me out a lot! Definitely recommend.-Anna

They want to extract as much money out of their clients as they can wring. I tried becoming a new patient and before I could event hit the chair for a cleaning they informed me they wanted to do detailed x-rays and since my insurance would only cover every 3 years I would be charged out of pocket cost. After understanding there were other x-rays they can take multiple times a year and be covered and that the full x-rays could be covered again by my next 6 month appointment I asked the receptionist if they could be flexible and do them next time as I was not suffering from any pain nor did I have any cavities or prior dental problems. The dentist who was listening in the background interjected, "New Patient, Full X-Rays, No Exceptions!" flipped closed his notebook and walked away. I asked if my only options were to cover this unexpected expense or wait 3 months for it to be covered again and the receptionist shrugged and said yes.I talked to my wife who had her appointment the week prior to find out that since it was covered for her, they charged the insurance for the full x-rays, but that when the hygienist came in, she even commented that it was odd that my wife was ordered the full x-rays but the assistant didn't do them. You can bet they charged the insurance for it though. They even surprised my wife with a charge for fluoride as she attempted to check out, saying insurance wouldn't cover it and two weeks later called back and said whoops, they did cover it. They are there to rake in the money, and their preferred customers have the pocketbook to not question all the extra charges they try to heap on you.I am glad that I walked out despite the waste of my time and we will not be back.

Dr.Luu and his staff are the best!!! I’ve never been to such a great dental office.EVER! Honestly I’ve never felt comfortable around any dr like I have with Dr.Luu. He doesn’t push services on you only recommends what’s absolutely needed! Can’t wait to come back and recommend my family here !
