Dr Ryan and assistant Basia did 4 caps. This series of 8 visits was the most relaxing experience. Office has new equipment. Staff explain everything as much as you want. High def photos before and after showing work. Loves that bit. Big screen with relaxing videos. Dr Ryan has the best personality (bed side manner) of any dentist I've seen. He is gentle and very precise. He kept me informed about progress and told me how I was doing. He really is a star of his profession. Basia was down to earth and clearly very experienced.

Who looks forward to going to the DENTIST? This guy right here. I had to go a multiple times in the past two months to get a few treatments done on my teeth, and I wish I still had more appointments. Not only did I not feel a thing (2 cavities, 1 filling redo, 1 crown), but Dr. Ryan, Basia and I had a lot of fun during my visits. The staff there is delightful, and experts in their field, but also extremely careful when it comes to making it as comfortable for the patient as possible. My wife and kids also go here, and love it as well. I highly recommend Smiles By Rizzo to anyone looking for a high quality dental team :)

Have you ever had a dental emergency at the worst possible time? Try this one on for size. I broke a bridge during this holiday weekend when I needed to perform a song at a gala celebration. Dr. Rizzo’s office is typically open on Saturdays but due to the holiday they were closed. That didn’t stop Dr. Rizzo. He saved me even though he was over an hour away. I can’t adequately express how much this meant to me. This is priceless care dental care and love for your patients and practice. Thanks a million. You’re amazing Dr. Rizzo.

We can't thank Dr. Rizzo enough for the compassion he and his staff showed to our non-verbal special needs son who was suffering with a dental emergency. We were frantically searching for an office who performed sedative dentistry and one who would see a special needs person and we feel like we hit the lottery when we entered this office. They are truly masters at their craft and we appreciate their dedication to dental medicine, compassion and respect they showed us and our son during this difficult time. Thank you for putting a smile back on his face and for alleviating his terrible pain. You are simply the best!

Loved it!!! I was having pain and was certain I had a cavity in my lower mouth which I did (PLOT TWIST) I also needed a root canal in the upper part of my mouth, I felt blindsided by the news and very nervous!!! 👨‍⚕️ Rizzo was amazing!!! He did my fillings and started the process towards my root canal on the same day. 👨‍⚕️ Rizzo’s hands are golden very efficient and painless!!! His staff was great and made me feel comfortable!!!

I spoke with Cindy last week to confirm all the insurance information.This past Friday I left a message with the answering service to schedule an appointment for my wife and I. When I didn’t hear back, I called the next day as office was open. Spoke with Barbara who said she was with a patient. I said no worries, here’s my name and number - She said when she was done she would call me back. Well no call back. So I emailed and no reply. I was told that Dr. Rizzo gets the emails. I called again earlier today and the woman that I spoke with -another Barbara she said had no idea about my calling and leaving messages etc. This was very disappointing and a really bad first impression. All the google reviews are great and I’m quite confident that Dr Rizzo is an outstanding dentist. Although I was told I couldn’t get in until November 14 and with a Dr. Ryan not Rizzo. Is Dr. Ryan even on the website with his credentials etc? Customer service matters even in dentistry and this was not a good experience. I’ll take my teeth and $ elsewhere. Same with my wife.

Dr Jerry Rizzo is hands down the best Dentist I have ever gone to by far. He has gotten me through a few very challenging Dental procedures I thought would be impossible. He utilizes all of the latest technology and his office is immaculately clean. His entire staff is also the best of the best. It's hard to articulate what a skilled, caring, knowledgeable and professional Dentist he is and you will not find anyone better anywhere.

Not sure I will be returning. On my last visit I cited multiple areas on my teeth where I am experiencing pain. They "weren't sure what is going on" and basically told me to use fluoride toothpaste and there's probably nothing wrong. Except the pain I feel is real is sometimes pretty intense. I felt rushed. The dentist himself, Dr. Rizzo, has not actually taken a look at my teeth the last two visits. Some other doctor I haven't heard of saw me. She didn't seem to have answers for any of my questions, and further more, what she told me was completely inconsistent with what the hygienesist told me - which was that they would be prescribing me with a high fluoride rinse. Never got a prescription. I hate to not come back but I get less of a feeling of a known repeat patient here (been coming for a few years now) and more of a generic number they have to push through. I go to a specific dentist because I like the dentist I see. The relationship component is important. But they seemed to have stopped caring at this point.

Dr. Herila gets an A+++! I have been a patient of Dr. Rizzo's for over 25 years and have had an extensive amount of dental work done. Needless to say I am always hesitant to trust anyone else. But Dr. Herila far exceeded my expectations! She was kind and compassionate. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and her work was excellent. Dr. Herila is also very personable and a pleasure to be around which is a quality that shouldn't be overlooked when it comes to sitting in the Dentist's chair!

Excellent and Professional Service! COVID precautions properly placed and adhered to. The front desk staff was kind and patient. The hygienist was informative and provided detailed teaching at the end of the cleaning. The hygienist did an outstanding job. Dr. Rizzo made me feel comfortable during examination. The goodie bag was a perfect way to end the experience.
