I did a lot of research trying to find a dentist after moving to Carrollton, Dr. Sirisha has been wonderful. Everyone in the office feels very real, they explain things to me as many times as I need and never make me feel bad for asking questions. The work is efficient and painless, with many check-ins through out processes. I’m glad I took a chance going here.

I came here to get my cavities refilled. Dr. B and Elizabeth took time to explain treatments to me, and they are transparent about the costs. They are truly a dynamic duo, and their working chemistry and expertise is phenomenal. I enjoy listening to them banter. I feel very comfortable and embraced in their presence. They show great care towards my wellbeing. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes appointments can last much longer than expected, because Dr. B can sometimes get sidetracked.

I cannot say enough good things about Carrollton Smiles! Dr. B and Elizabeth are so good at what they do, they take time to explain things fully, and they make me and my dental anxiety feel at ease. Myself, my husband, and our two kids always feel good about our experience. I highly recommend them and I’m so thankful to have found a dentist that I trust!

My experience at this dental office left much to be desired. While the office environment could benefit from some improvement in terms of organization, I found that the dentist's approach seemed a bit rushed, and there was room for more attention to patient care. Additionally, there was a subtle emphasis on promoting certain services that may not have been necessary for everyone. Overall, it was an experience that could have been more patient-centered. I hope to see positive changes in the future."

I have been using Dr. B for a number of years. She and her staff have been great. Her new office is even closer to me since she moved to N Carrollton. It is a very convenient location on Hwy 121 and Heron Pkwy. Would highly recommend her for anyone needing a dentist. Exceptional work and people. They make you feel very comfortable. I choose Carrolton smiles to do two crowns and a root canal on me. They gave me my total price excluding my insurances portion and told me my permanents would be in within a month and then id pay my portion to receive them. Several months pass and my permanents come in and they say i cannot get them until my insurance pays there part or I pay it. At this point my temps have already fallen out. I recieve the following communication from my insurance carrier that Carrollton smiles never sent in proper documentation for the claim to be approved they mislabeled samples the insurance company asked for. So now it’s been way to many months without my teeth due to there negligence I recommend getting insurance approval before messing up someones teeth !

Even though I know Dr Bandaru and family last 9 years, I had seen her Doctor status in last two months. For my deeply infected gums she did Lazer Surgery and saved one tooth about to extract. It is a painless expertise of Dr B and her post visit follow is admirable. Credits to her assistant Ms Elizebeth too working very close to Dr B. She is my first Dentist in US and she is professionally awesome 👏

They were pretty quick about getting me in to help with this pain in my teeth. Friendly, efficient, and able to make me feel calmer about getting my teeth pulled. I have a great amount of anxiety about dentists but the dentist and dental assistant made me laugh a little too. Front desk person was quite kind and seems like the type who can build rapport well. I definitely recommend them for people with anxiety or those with past traumatic experiences with dentists.

Carrollton Smiles is my first experience with a dental practice since arriving in the USA, and one I found immensely encouraging. Communication was top-notch and its clear the patient is placed over all. Treatment plans were communicated effectively and at a good price for the service. Dr. B is a riot and clearly takes great pride in her work. Would very much recommend.

Dr.B was excellent and explained everything that was going to happen.Update: Well, those two molars we've tried diligently to save for 30+ years finally had to be extracted yesterday.
