I can’t say enough good things about the staff and service here! Dr. Chun, Christine, and Rhea have great personalities and, the baby dogs are an awesome added bonus!! I got my braces in November 2022 and I have never experienced any pain. I look forward to my monthly visits. I would definitely recommend this office for your orthodontic needs.

I had an amazing experience doing my orthodontics here at Prime Ortho. Not only Dr. Chung and her team were super knowledgeable and professional, the service was impeccable. They think what’s the best for the patient and make sure they have a great experience. The office is cozy and always sparkling clean. Cute dogs running around. I would 100% recommend!

When I walked in they had a sign with my name saying welcome I'm a new patient. The Dr is very friendly customer service is amazing. She makes you feel very welcome like a family. The whole staff is very amazing, she explained everything to me how my teeth going to look after my braces what I need to do in don't need to do I'm very excited to get my braces done. I couldn't be happier with my new smile! Dr. Chung and her team were fantastic throughout my entire treatment. They completely transformed my smile in just 18 months, fixing my underbite and straightening my crooked teeth.Dr. Chung is incredibly detail-oriented and passionate about her work, always maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude. The team was equally amazing, making scheduling appointments easy and always accommodating my needs.Plus, the dogs there are super adorable.

My son completed about two years of orthodontics here this summer. They promised it would take two years, but it ended sooner than expected. Teacher Jeong explained in great detail. In particular, the assistant with a pretty voice who took the reservation at the front was very friendly. She was never unfriendly to her guests. Dogs that comfort children are also adorable! It's a place that lacks nothing. It's such a shame that I can't go when proofreading is finished. Thank you :)

I really like this place! The staff are kind, and the atmosphere is friendly!In 4th grade, I had braces over my 8 front teeth for 2 years. The year after COVID, I started braces once again. I was anxious with the process, but Dr. Chung and Christine were very helpful and explained the process of my treatment thoroughly. I had a great experience there. Thank you for all of your efforts!I’ll also miss the cute dogs though, haha.

I cannot stress this enough. This orthodontist is the best there is in Dallas. I personally do not leave many reviews on Google, but the way Dr. Chung fixed my teeth to look brand new makes me want to recommend this to others who are interested in fixing their teeth. Also, all the staff members are very sweet and welcoming every time I come in for a check up. Again, I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone who cares about their teeth, because they do it right over here!

I had a complex case that required jaw surgery and orthodontics. Dr. Chung and Christine were both astonishing to work with throughout the entire process. Also Dr. Chung did an amazing job coordinating my pre and post-ortho with my surgeon. I love my new smile, and I am confident to say that Prime Orthodontics is the best Orthodontics in Dallas.

Prime Orthodontics is the best! The staff and Dr. Chung are the most welcoming doctors I have ever met, and the care was a huge success. I just got my braces taken off after 2 years of treatment and I can confidently say that each appointment was filled with laughter and care to make sure that I was not in any pain or discomfort. (Plus the dogs are so cute and they make your day!)
