Not only is she extremely talented, but her office is a happy place and her staff are efficient and truly delightful. I won't miss my braces, but I will miss seeing their smiling faces! It’s not often that I complete reviews, however, the experience I have had with Dr. Melissa Jones and her entire staff at Carson City Orthodontics highly warrants ‘Five (5) Stars'.From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, I felt warmth and professionalism. After my initial consultation I was excited and confident that Dr. Jones and her staff had my best interest at heart and would go out of their way to ensure my confidence in them.In addition, they have affordable in-house financing available to match any budget.My 'Invisalign' treatment was to be completed in one year. During the entire treatment year I was always greeted with ‘ear to ear’ smiles, words of welcome and always cared for by Dr. Jones and her competent and well-trained staff.Now that my treatment is complete, I can absolutely guarantee you that Carson City Orthodontics (Dr. Melissa Jones and staff) are the best of the best!Rest assured, should you know you need braces or are not certain; you owe it to yourself and your health to contact Carson City Orthodontics and schedule a consultation with Dr. Melissa Jones.

Very glad I went with Dr Jones. I did Invisalign and it was an easy process for the almost two years it took. The ladies in the office take customer service seriously and the great company culture is apparent. Recently, I had a back pack stolen with my last set of retainers. I called, then went in and they made me two more pairs right away at minimal cost.

Dr Jones is awesome !! From my son's consultation, all the appointments and now that we are near the end the entire staff has been friendly, honest and amazing. At the consult when Dr Jones said treatment would take 2 years, I didn't believe that they could fix his teeth in just 2 years but she was right, even a little ahead of schedule ! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Carson City Orthodontics, they are the best. Make your appointment, you won't be disappointed :)

Dr. Melissa Jones is amazing. She has a great business, very customer oriented! She genuinely cares for her patients and employees! This is an easy place to find, parking great, location great. Office staff are super friendly and the oral care is outstanding. The office decor is modern, trendy, warm and inviting. This is the place for orthodontics....nothing like a dentist office..it's cool and the place to go for all of your child's orthodontics care!

They are kind, courteous, helpful, and most important caring towards the patient's and or parent/s feelings about the complete procedure. Taking the time to explain each and every detail, down to the letter if necessary, and do so with a wonderful smile along with the bright disposition. I could not refer this office any more than I already do, unless my car was wrapped in the office information. Thank you for making my son's treatment more of a highlight per visit than a disappointment!”

Carson City Orthodontics is awesome!!!!!!!!! They have been great with my daughter and the whole experience of getting new braces was simple.. They made us feel welcomed as well as making sure my 12 year old daughter wasn't scared or frightened. The staff there are amazing and always have Smiles on their faces..and they offer affordable payment plans........

We had the best experiance here. We were visiting the area when my daughter started complaining of pain in her spacer. it had somehow patially popped off and injured the top of her mouth. It was 4th of July weekend and all of the orthodontist offices were closed. They opened the office just for her and removed the spacer and didn't even charge us. Total lifesavers! Good people exist!!! Thank you Mallory!!

So far love this clinic and Dr. Interviewed two other orthodontists, both also have great reviews, large pretty clinics, but both gave me the feeling that I would be paying double for the same quality of treatment. Dr. Jones' suggestions made a ton of sense, the clinic is super clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. So glad we took the oral surgeon's recommendation and consulted with Dr. Jones.

After meeting with 4 other orthodontist, I was completely frustrated and worried that I would just have to settle for who ever was not "as bad". But I decided to ask my regular dentist for someone out in Carson that he thought would work and he recommended Dr. Melissa Jones. So I called and was completely honest with the receptionist and told her that I have high expectations and have been 100% disappointed so far with the others. I told her I wanted an orthodontist that actually (dare I say it) cared about my daughters teeth and not the money I was spending. I wanted and evaluation that took longer than 5 minutes and actually included x-rays. I needed a friendly front staff, as I would be interacting with them just as much as the dentist. The receptionist was not offended, shocked or stand-offish after I said all of that. She spoke with a smile and had a voice of understanding and compassion. Yay! She told me their evaluation process, which was everything I wanted so I made the appointment then when I got to the office I was even more impressed. Everything I was promised was delivered and more. And they charge the same for Invisiline as they do regular braces so my daughter wont have to suffer through metal brackets and broken wires. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place and will highly recommend them!
