I have been going to Carson Periodontics since 2014 and am very impressed with the level of professionalism and care I have received from staff and doctors alike. The doctors are highly skilled, very gentle and concerned about their patients, the hygienists I’ve had are superior and the office staff is welcoming and very helpful. I have been to Carson Periodontics many times and it has always been an wonderful experience.From the front desk girls to the doctors assistant to the doctor and the gal who handled my insurance issues.

I’m very grateful to Carson Periodontics and especially Dr Syndergaard. Two weeks ago I had an abscessed tooth that was swollen up and my dentist couldn’t see me for 4 days. So next morning I just walked into Carson Periodontics, thinking most likely they would not see me because I did not have a referral or an appointment. The receptionist was so sympathetic and said Dr Syndergaard would see me in a few minutes. He did and pulled the tooth without any pain and I let him know how much I appreciated him seeing me. VERY nice doctor AND very efficient staff

I’ve been going to Carson periodontics for decades. Way before they moved into their new locations. Always very professional but at the same time warm and friendly. Dr Almaraz did implants for me, might I add he did a perfect job. And Joyce has always done my cleaning. She’s excellent but also planning on retiring sometime this year. I’ll missed!

I could not ask to be in better hands. Dr. Bauerle is in the process of restoring my smile. He's a methodical, exacting oral surgeon. Talented and compassionate. His staff, likewise, is professional, kind, and fun. They work with me on spacing out the considerable work I need according to my financial capabilities.I HATE having people's hands in my mouth. I cringe at any kind of discomfort or pain. They make sure I don't have any.Update: As of today, work is completed on my mouth. I’m so happy with the final product. I stand by my review & recommend this biz wholeheartedly.

What a nightmare visit. Went in for implant procedure. Sat and sat before I was ever called back. Then sat and sat before Dr. came in. Then he was gone, sat some more, Dr. came back, quickly injected numbing medication, then left again. When he finally started, not nearly enough numbing medication. First said implant was in, then he didn't like the way it looked. Pulled it out, put second implant in , didn't like the way it looked. So puts in bone grafting material, says I will have to come back in 5 months. Dental assistant wanted me to walk out into the lobby with a bloody gauze sticking out of my mouth! No way will I go back.

I am beyond happy to have been referred to Dr. Bauerle and his team!! They have been so amazing at explaining every step of the way and making sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are professional, caring, and most importantly CLEAN! Dr. Bauerle’s bedside manner is phenomenal! If I could give this location above 5 stars I definitely would!! Thank you so much for your amazing care Dr. Bauerle!!

Today at 1pm I had #7 tooth extracted, post implanted and flipper put in. Amazing experience! Highly recommend Gary Wilcox Jr., D.M.D. Of CarsonPeriodontics Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. It was faster than I anticipated and less uncomfortable. Gary explained everything so the procedure was clearly explained prior & directions for follow-up were described. This is the Ferrari of services. The whole experience was like driving a perfectly tuned vehicle.

Thank you for being great dental providers. Dr. Syndergaard, dental assistants and office staff are fantastic! I was deeply anxious about my procedure appointment but the doctor and his assistants made me feel comfortable, well cared for and reassured during my procedure. There was no delay in my procedure and I was done very quickly. Instructions and follow up were very clear and I was told to not hesitate to call if I think there is any issue at all.I drove from Reno to go to this office and it's well worth the drive. The office is clean, well organized and very modern. We had a administrative bump in the road very early on but the staff worked with me and my insurance to correct the issue as timely as we could. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing specialty dental work.

Dr. Bauerle was absolutely incredible! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment I was treated with kindness and compassion. They got me in the next day and explained everything from the procedure to financials. They answered all my questions and reassured me (I have EXTREME dental anxiety) every step of the way! Dr. Bauerle and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to get through this experience. They exceeded my expectations and I’m sooo grateful to have found them!
