Dr. Santana is amazing. This is the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest place to get your braces done at. I live in Daytona Beach and travel and hour every time to come see the office. I had an amazing experience with them. Anything that you need they will make sure it happens in the perfect timing of your schedule. I went to another orthodontist before trying this one and they told me they would have to break my jaw before starting braces. Then, I found Dr. Santana that said she could try her best to get the results that I wanted, and she did just that. I definitely recommend her and her team!

If I have to recommend an orthodontist for anyone, it would be Virtual Orthodontist. I am not one to write reviews, but I couldn't let such a wonderful experience go unheard. My daughter (Daineliz) has been a patient for the past 2 1/2 years at this office, and we’ve had such a great experience during this whole process. Dr. Santana is just amazing at what she does!!She’s very caring, sweet and dedicated to her patients. Everyone in her office staff has such a great attitude and vibe. I have been to different dental offices but nothing like this one. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. All I can say is my husband and I are super happy with our daughter’s end results.If I had to do this process all over again, I would definitely come back to Vitral Orthodontist.

I absolutely adore this place! They have made my 9 year old daughters braces experience a breeze! Every time we came the staff made sure my daughter was comfortable, the orthodontist always made sure to explain what they were doing and why they were doing things!!Always kept me informed and always worked with me when it came to scheduling appointments for my daughter! Love the staff they are all super friendly!The office is also VERY clean! 10/10 experience! 100% worth EVERYTHING!!

Actually unhappy with the lack of follow-up for my daughter who needed both procedures and follow-up for her very severe condition, I followed up on my own as the responsible person with her dental plan by calling each time and leaving them follow-up information and even after For almost 4 months I received no answers or treatments for her.
