Beyond thankful for doc ak and the smile on crew. I went in as a referral from my dentist because I had a bad underbite so they were thinking I needed jaw surgery… not only did doc avoid jaw surgery but he also avoided pulling out one of my front teeth that was hiding behind 2 other teeth.. I just got my braces off and I can’t stop looking in the mirror. Definitely a confidence booster especially from being so insecure about my teeth.. I now have to practice not covering my mouth when I laugh. Thank you smile on crew. I love you guys from the bottom of my heart and am beyond thankful 🏼 🏼🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Had the best treatment and care during my visit today! As someone with sensory sensitivity Jaden could not have done anymore to make my adjustments easy and painless during her work. She did an excellent job of making me aware of what she was doing as she went along and was so gentle, paying close attention to every detail. She exhibited the most wonderful personality and spirit throughout!

Highly recommend SmileOn! I needed a new bottom retainer to keep my teeth from shifting after mine broke and they worked me in the same day I called for an appointment. I used to absolutely dread the molding process for retainers but they have a a state of the art machine that scans every inch of your mouth and teeth to create a custom fit retainer. I was only there for 10 minutes which was outstanding to get all of that done! I will definitely be returning for any future orthodontic needs.

The service was not only quick but also meticulous and thorough, leaving me highly impressed. While I’ve learned about orthodontic procedures from my home orthodontist, Dr. Kyle Fagala, who is absolutely fantastic, my experience at SmileOn Orthodontics was exceptional.For anyone in Memphis, I can't recommend Saddle Creek Orthodontics with Dr. Kyle Fagala enough, and for those in Austin, SmileOn Orthodontics with Doc. Ak is a must-visit. Both practices offer top notch care. We couldn’t be happier with the great experience at SmileOn Orthodontist with Dr. Akash Pandya and all his staff. This orthodontist is the third one we try, (we went to others for my oldest son and for me) and it’s the best one!Everything it’s so well organized and they’re so nice and professional. We drive for more than 30’ but it’s totally worthy! And the results are amazing! My son’s teeth look perfect now!! Best orthodontist ever!!

I know this may sound dramatic, but (whole-heartedly) Doc Ak changed my life.I went through braces as a child, but my teeth shifted. On top of that, I have severe root resorption, which caused a couple Orthos to reject care for fear that I would lose my front teeth. I felt hopeless and started to think that I need to accept my crooked smile.Doc Ak took a chance and now, 13 months later, I have perfectly straight teeth and not a single tooth was lost!Honestly, it was never a concern of mine. Doc Ak is incredibly knowledgeable. He's an expert at his craft and it shows. I don't know why anyone would trust their teeth, the feature in the middle of their face, with any other Ortho.

Shout out to Jennifer, she is the coordinator of all things SmileOn. She is professional, kind, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. She will patiently listen to you talk about every worry you have about your kid’s teeth and the cost of braces. She is compassionate and understands that investing braces is time consuming and not an exciting bill to pay. Seeing her sweet smile and kind words makes each visit a little more enjoyable. And before you know it, the braces will be off and the work behind you and all the while Jennifer will be holding your hand and watching your back. Any employer and customer needs an amazing human being like her to work for them. Customer service is not dead at SmileOn.

My daughter has multiple disabilities including Autism & Speech Impairment. This made choosing an orthodontist especially difficult. Doc Ack and his staff are accommodating, patient and caring. They successfully performed pallet expansion which significantly improved her speech. My daughter feels so much better about her smile and enjoys her appointments at his organized and clean office setting. Who knew orthodontics could be entertaining?Highly recommend this clinic especially if you are a parent of a child with special needs.

Our family LOVE SmileOn! My boys had their braces taken off on last week after 15 months of having it. Their teeth look beautiful!The staff we have met in the last 15 months have been nothing short of kind, gracious, understanding, humorous, encouraging, enthusiastic, and fun! Right after my sons got expanders and braces, we had to go back to the office so many times because something happened to the appliance. They were always gracious to tell us it's okay and always kind to squeeze us in if possible. We've always been greeted with such enthusiastic staff and their big smiles! They were so patient with us! I think we broke the record of going back into the office before the next appointment! The day they got their braces off, the staff had a big celebration for them! Whoa! They walked the red carpet with music playing, and given high fives at the end of the carpet! Then they were given big cups full of treats! This was NOT expected at all! My boys walked out felt like they were celebrated and didn't journey this alone. Another awesome thing is we never had to wait more than 5 min when we get there ontime.

The folks and the doc are very friendly and the office is clean and a great overall experience. Though I have had frustration with my fixed retainer breaker a few times due to my unique bite, the doctor has been patient and worked with me through my options and continues to work with me on finding the best solution that I am comfortable with.
