Super friendly staff.Initial consultation was decent.However when getting involved with using the Invisalign, they will not tell you other things that will cost you out of pocket money that you will need for gum surgery and things like that. Even though during the consultation it was in formed to me that I may need such things to happen to which the higher up said nay too. It's definitely a buyer beware when it comes to the Invisalign product. A lot of time and money spent on hopefully something that will come out to your benefit is always a Gamble

Nice people, good care for my son. Some minor frustrations: they moved my son’s appointment, but didn’t cancel the old one in their system, so sent me multiple reminders to confirm the old appointment. I tried notifying the office that they had canceled the appointment, but ended up getting a call as to why my son didn’t show up. When he went to the rescheduled appointment, they asked us to return in 5 weeks, but have so overbooked their system that they couldn’t see him at that office for 7 weeks! We now have to drive to Huber Heights to keep him on schedule. This isn’t a reflection of the clinical care, which is very good, but they need to do a better job on the scheduling side of things.

I took my children for an evaluation and I was not allowed to see Dr Burke myself. Matt, “treatment coordinator/business optimization” (AKA pushy salesman) was frustrated with all of my questions and a bit rude when trying to reach and talk to my dental insurance carrier. I offered to help as I knew the number. When we reached the carrier he was rude to the representative”. If my child needed braces one month less than Matt said he would need them it made a pretty large difference in the overall price. I asked to speak with the orthodontist and he refused to let us. He said he was very busy yet he “supposedly” went out several times to “talk to him” and came back with what felt like nothing. It would have taken much less time for everyone had I been able to ask my question directly to the orthodontist. After all, I was led to think my consultation was with the actual care provider. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman that had to meet his monthly quota THAT DAY. Maybe new “start of cares” are commissioned based. I don’t know. I wanted to see if we could meet the lesser plan timeline and IF we needed to go longer, I would pay the difference. I was told no. I asked if I agreed to his plan and my child ended up not needing the full time, would My payment plan be reduced to the shorter treatment time cost and Matt answered with a resounding “no ma’am!”. It was all waivering on a one month difference for about $500-$800 difference. We left and haven’t been back. We would like to consult with Dr Burke for at least 5 minutes if we are about to drop a significant amount of money on 4 children. I also like the proximity of the office to our home, schools and church.

Dr. Burke is absolutely wonderful!!! His staff is always there to help and are so fun to talk to! Everyone at Burke orthodontics is fun and inviting and I'm so thankful I found this place from the beginning of my braces experience. I got my braces off about 2 years ago and I still come back just to say hi to these wonderful people along with any minor problems I may have. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend Burke orthondics to anyone and everyone!!!!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Burke and his entire office staff. The Centerville location is beautiful, clean, affordable and friendly. Dr. Burke is professional, funny, friendly and caring. We even received a phone call from Dr. Burke in the evening on the day my daughter had an expander installed. Super nice touch to check in. Years ago [too many to make public online! :-) ], I was a patient of Dr. Burke. To be bluntly honest, he made having braces an enjoyable experience! We all go through that awkward time: bad hair, questionable clothing choices and the cherry on top- braces. But with every visit, I did not feel awkward; I felt understood. I am so glad that I was able to go through my braces experience with a professional like Dr. Burke. My smile thanks him every day!

When I became a patient of Dr. Burke, I was a general dentist new in town who had no professional connections. I asked my dental staff who they recommended that I go see for orthodontic treatment on my dental issue. He has an awesome way of putting you at ease, listening to your concerns, getting to the solution (which is having a great smile and optimal teeth function), all while doing these things in a fun manner! He has such a great attitude, and from the moment you meet him, you'll KNOW that he is passionate about what he does, and HE TRULY CARES that you have the dental outcome you desire!I am SO PLEASED with my A+ results, and I recommend ALL of my patients to him for orthodontic treatment! He is truly a gem of an orthodontist in the Dayton area!
