I am so grateful for Baptist Orthodontist, they have been amazing in putting beautiful smiles on both my kids. They are a family that helps out our community by bringing smiles to our faces. Grateful for their kindness when my oldest son went through radiation treatments for his brain cancer, but he still was able to get his teeth corrected into a beautiful smile. Thank you so much for all your staff. 😃😊

We absolutely love Dr Baptist and the entire crew at Baptist Orthodontics! My son had previously been treated by a different orthodontist and wasn’t making much progress. Dr Baptist changed that! We were able to get his teeth moving with her amazing help. She is really kind, understanding, and easy to get along with. The staff is accommodating and super sweet. They’ve been able to accommodate our somewhat hectic schedule and respond quickly even if there is an issue after hours. Most importantly, they gave us great results. Dr Baptist was very detail oriented and got everything perfect. We would highly recommend Dr Baptist for anyone who needs a fabulous orthodontist!

If I could give a 100 stars I would! The staff and Dr Baptist are amazing! Great atmosphere you feel welcome. I was given a few different options to start my orthodontic journey. This review is for those trying to figure out which place in Champaign County will provide them with the absolute best Orthodontal treatment. I was originally told I would have braces for 2.5 years. Dr. Baptist has purchased CJ Orthodontics from Dr. Jordan and is now the owner.1.1 After the switch in October, 2021 I was wondering how Dr. Baptist would run the Orthodontics practice, and ultimately, how this would impact the quality of service I would receive. After several months of being a patient of Dr. Baptist's, I found myself comfortable and confident in her ability as an Orthodontist.1.2 Baptist has a more modern and recent education from UIUC and St. Louis paired with her 3-4 yrs work experience in St. Louis (immediately after her fellowship program) when compared to Dr. Jordan. She also has extensive cleft pallet treatment experience due to her fellowship program.Baptist is highly knowledgeable and happy to share intricate details should you show interest in it. Baptist has consistently and repeatedly given me more information about how my treatment is progressing and what I can expect in future appointments.1.3 Baptist makes an extended effort to create a safe and family friendly environment for both her staff and her patients. The service I am receiving has become more personable and less of like an assembly line "in and out" style Orthodontist practice. Baptist is a patient and understanding person in general, great bedside manner and very good with kids.1.4 Today, I showed up to an appointment and found out I showed up one day earlier than I was scheduled but she still found a way to work me into the schedule instead of making me leave and come back the next day. Baptist and her team are friendly, professional, and focused. While I was having my teeth done, Carla (at the front desk) was working hard with my insurance company, faxing documents and then creating duplicates and receipts of sent faxes for my personal records. The staff here goes out of their way to help you and make you feel valued. I trust Baptist and will be recommending her to anyone looking for braces.2. Overall, I feel the value of the service has improved in comparison to how Dr. Jordan ran the practice. The staff are happier and less stressed, the service is less rushed and more personal, the explanation for why they are making certain decisions about my treatment makes me feel included and removes the need for blind trust as I had to do with Dr. Jordan.2.1 My personal experience with Baptist's service combined with the inside knowledge I have about Baptist has led me to the conclusion that she is more than capable and likely I am getting better service now than when Dr. Jordan owned the practice simply because Baptist puts more time and thought into my treatment and keeps me updated consistently. That's saying a lot since Dr. Jordan already did a good job.CLOSING THOUGHTS:I would recommend Dr. Baptist's practice for Orthodontal treatment.I will update this review as my treatment progresses. my only concern with braces was frying the roots of my teeth by moving them too aggressively, Baptist never rushed my treatment and has earned my trust and respect.

My son just got braces with Dr. Baptist! I have been very pleased with her office so far! Tilly was wonderful at our consultation- she made the financial side a piece of cake! I can’t remember the assistants name that helped put my sons braces on, but she was so great. She made sure to go over all the steps with us and made him feel so comfortable. Dr. Baptist is such a sweetheart & knows her stuff! I would recommend their office to anyone!!

When I found out my daughter needed braces we started doing some research online to find someone that we thought would be a good fit for our daughter. We planned on going to multiple places to find the right fit. We chose to check out Baptist because of her background with special needs children.When we walked into Baptist orthodontics we had a warm welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They had a baking show playing which my daughter loves.When it was our turn(which we didn’t wait long) we spoke about the investment that we would have in making my daughter have the smile she has been wanting. The process was very simple and straightforward. We then met Kimberly. The meeting was great she talked to my daughter and not only me. That is so important to me. After we decided to get them done there they let us know they could be started same day. My daughter was so excited and we decided to do it.We were called back and the orthodontic assistant was so cheerful. She did not get annoyed as I was taking pictures and even told me when good time to take them was. She made my daughter feel so comfortable with her great attitude. I am so happy with the experience and I know moving forward it going to be great!

My daughter had been seeing a different orthodontist for an ongoing braces plan that left both of us confused for over two years. During our first visit with Dr. Baptist and her staff, we had a clear plan set in place and even got to sit down and discuss with Dr. Baptist. This was such a comforting experience for my daughter and as soon as we made it to the car, she said, “I feel much better here, than the other place. Straightforward, Friendly, and Informative are just a few of the qualities you will see at her office.

My 9 year old has just started an unexpected orthodontic journey after a referral from her dentist. Dr. Baptist and her team have been phenomenal with her and to say that my daughter loves to go into the office is a massive understatement. While some of the motivation may be due to Nailed It! always streaming in the waiting room, the welcoming atmosphere from everyone working there is a huge draw as well. :) Orthodontics has definitely changed since I had braces, and I wish my experience was half as awesome as hers has been.

After experiencing a terrible incident at another dental office, Baptist Orthodontics has consistently provided me solutions that no other orthodontic office would offer, or even accomplish. Safety is always a priority here and I can say now, after more than one year from my first visit, my teeth are dramatically better and my incident seems a thing of the past. The staff at the office are always in a great mood and create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone! It feels like it’s family every time I go for a visit. So much so, that I have come to learn names of some of the staff, not to mention I’m usually awful at remembering names!! Carla has always been there to greet me at the front desk, and Kendra is always friendly and quick to help whenever Dr. Baptist is busy! Dr. Baptist has been an immense help in boosting my confidence, fixing my smile and getting me to move past my traumatic experience. I absolutely adore the staff and Dr. Baptist! The first time I went in intimidated and scared to start this journey but they made me feel at ease and comfortable. The atmosphere reminds me of my hometown. So kind hearted and caring! I highly recommend Dr. Baptist orthodontics!Update*I got my braces off today and I am so in love with my smile!
