TLC for Smiles - Chatsworth

First of all I want to say that I am very grateful to Dr. Schrodi and her assistant Alana as well as her assistant Bryan for making me feel very comfortable during my dental treatment. I have a big phobia of dentists and anything related to dentistry to be honest and Dr. Schrodi as well as Alana really made me feel safe and at ease every time I had an appointment. So I am very thankful for how patient and understanding they were with me throughout my treatment. Secondly, I am very happy with how my teeth turned out after they removed my braces and overall I had a great experience at TLC for Smile. And lastly I want to say thank you to the lovely receptionist who always answered my calls and made my appointments

Just started with Invisalign here and couldn't be happier with the experience so far. Have been putting the process off for a while now, but the initial consultation was so thorough and made me excited to get started right away! Dr. Schrodi and staff have been extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm relieved to feel in good hands with my teeth!

My kids love TCL for smiles!!! They have been patients since 2015 ( Granada hills office) and loved it. We recently started going to the chatsworth office and see Dr Kim, he is amazing!!! So gentle, kind and really takes his time to make sure your child is ok. Everyone there has provided excellent care. We love it to much that we commute from the Santa Clarita Valley.

Dr. Janet Schrodi is an amazing doctor. No complains about her. But her staff today was extraordinarily rude especially the one who was doing the routine cleanup of my kid who has high resistance to pain, doesn't cry unless something is really really hurting. The dental hygienist made my kid cry and did not do much till I intervened. I asked her not to put the sharp tool in his mouth for this session as I lacked confidence in her cleaning style and behavior. After 2-3 mins of my saying, she brings another sharp tool into his mouth, and when I stood up to check what she was doing. To my surprise, she screams at me saying all sorts of nonsense. I was taken back a bit, then I told her to stop this session and finish up. I don't think she should be allowed to do any sort of dental cleaning job and she has no idea how to interact with a parent. Really disappointing. I have recommended this place to many but after this experience, I don't think I can recommend this place to anyone in right conscience.

Easy to make and reschedule appointments. Treatment plan went a LOT longer than originally explained. All the doctors and assistants are really nice but you’ll see a different person every appointment. My results were decent, my smile is straight but my bite seems off although was told the bite should “settle”after a while so I’ll keep you posted. I expected they would whiten my teeth after the treatment was finished for that “new smile” look like some doctors offer. All in all a decent experience.

I'm an adult invisalign patient, and I am thoroughly impressed with this office's professionalism and kindness. I've had appointments at both locations, and the entire staff from front desk to dental assistants to the orthodontists have been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Shrodi and her team are the cream of the crop. Great business!

Today I brought my special needs son in for a routine cleaning. 18 months ago we tried to get a full set of x-rays, but we soon realized it wasn’t going to happen. Today, the hygienist was confident that she could get them. She was amazing! She knew exactly how to explain the process to my son. She gave him time, gave him visuals, appropriate praise and patience. I love all the staff at TLC for Smiles, but she is now my favorite. I’m so happy to have found a dentists office who respects my son and understands his special needs.

Love the dentist and all the personnel! They made my daughter feel comfortable. They also made my mom nerves go away, this was the first time my daughter went to the dentist and I was very worried about her experience and reaction to treatment. She did great and a big part was to everyone from the receptionists to the Dentist at TLC . Definitely recommending them to everyone I know.

My visits @TLC for Smiles are always pleasant. Every-time that I come in, I always feel superb & more confident leaving. Knowing I am almost done with my treatment soon I don’t want it to end because of the wonderful staff. Thank you TLC for Smiles for taking good care of my Invisalign treatment, you guys definitely changes lives. It sure did with mine. I am ALWAYS smiling now!!! LOL— Top tier indeed and HIGHLY recommended!!!

Absolutely fantastic people and service, I wish I could give them a thousand stars! As an adult Invisalign patient I cannot recommend them highly enough! Each doctor and staff member I have encountered has been so friendly and knowledgeable, the front desk staff is so welcoming and make the paperwork part seamless and easy. Many of the staff I’ve talked to have used Invisalign themselves and have made me feel completely at ease and never ever embarrassed about my wonky teeth. The pricing is great, the initial consultation was free and they regularly have deals, Dr J also referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon, these are trustworthy good people who truly care about their patients.
