Great smiles guaranteed at Gerlein Orthodontics. All 4 children have been or are currently patients. I rarely have I ever waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment to begin. Even if I show up 15/20 minutes early, I generally get in before the appt time was scheduled to begin. The entire staff is wonderful! They are cheerful and calming to the younger patients, but also and know not to treat the teen patients like babies. Cannot recommend them enough.

Two years ago, we met dr Gerlein for a consultation for our daughter. He was one of three orthodontists that we checked out. Based on his honest recommendation and his non-salesy approach, we trusted his opinion and decided to hold off on braces for a bit longer. When it came time for my son to consider braces, we didn’t hesitate to go straight to dr Gerlein. Once again, he and his staff provided an honest opinion. My son got his braces a few weeks ago and dr Gerlein makes a point to give his contact number and check in with every patient. The staff are all happy and lovely- clearly a place where employees love where they work and who they work for.

Every time my daughter wakes up to go to the orthodontist, she couldn’t be more excited. The team, lead by Dr. Gerlein, is incredibly kind and always explains the process of what is going to happen very thoughtfully. The offices are also very clean and have lots of activities for kids of all ages to do while they wait for their appointment. I couldn’t be happier to put my daughter’s smile in the hands of Gerlein Orthodontics.

from Lilia: Gerlein Orthodontics is really fun and enjoyable because, first of all, all of the people who work there are always really positive and kind to both the kids and the parents. For example, when they took my spaceholder off, I was really nervous but, because of their kindness and positivity, I calmed down and actually felt happy that they took it off. Also, if you come early to your appointment, you will be able to play on one of the iPads while you wait to be called. And, last of all, the best part, you get points! Every 100 points you get a 10 dollar gift card, but you get to choose which one you get. Some things you can get points for are: every baby tooth lost 4 points, wearing your "Go!" t-shirt to your appointment 20 points (double on Tuesdays), scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the office 8 points, and many other ways to earn points. That is why Gerlein Orthodontics really does deserve 5 stars.

We absolutely love Dr. Gerlein and his whole practice. The team are such great people, making the kids feel welcome and comfortable. Gail is a child whisperer, as is Dr Gerlein himself. My daughter has a movie star smile after 18 months. My son arrived dreading braces and left asking when we can come back. The office is bright and cheery. Who’d have thought going to the orthodontist could be so fun??

We’ve used Dr Gerlein for 7 years and two kids worth of orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team is so warm and joyful, and they always got out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s quite something when kids look forward to going to the dentist, but Gerlein Orthodontics always has a fun game or activity to incentivize good dental habits and keep kids brushing despite braces. I have recommended many families to Dr Gerlein and will continue to do so.

All 4 of my kids are patients of Dr Gerlein, as am I! All of the staff are very professional and excellent with kids of all ages. Dr Gerlein does a great job of explaining your treatment and putting everyone at ease. The offices are clean, modern and cheerful, and they always have fun contests and activities for the kids to do when they come in for a visit. Highly recommend.

My son LOVES his orthodontist and I do too… I only wish I needed adult braces! It was a very easy decision to come here. When I mentioned the names of three orthodontists at my workout class multiple classmates told me not to give it a second thought and choose Dr Gerlein and in fact, two of them had Invisalign and one had their son here as a patient too. The hype is real. His office is clean, staff couldn’t be friendlier, and he is thoughtful and knowledgeable. He makes it fun for the kids too, so much so that even my other kids (who are not patients yet) beg to come along.
