My experiences here have not been pleasant for numerous reasons but I’ll mention two. I was referred here by my primary dentist for an implant. First, with the office, I felt they kept reaffirming the cost of the procedure and the deposits needed with an insinuation that I would not be able to pay it, that was disturbing. Maybe they’ve had bad experiences with customers not being able to pay but I didn’t like it. Second, during my procedure the suction tool was metal and it hurt when rubbed up against the inside of my mouth. The doctor was rude and abrupt with her assistant, even to the point of raising her voice at them and it seemed to make them nervous which also made me nervous and uncomfortable. So, just as a heads up if you’re referred to get your surgery done here I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Dr. Gallardi was efficient, she definitely knows what she’s doing but her bedside manner to the staff and the patients could be kinder.

*avoid* this place feels like a scam, i mean look at the outside of it. i had a fractured wisdom tooth & the pain was indescribable i just wanted that one tooth removed. I was told i would have to go under to get it removed and then i was told that another one of MY wisdom tooth will need to be pulled also when i asked to be numbed to remove the one i was inquiring about doc said no it would be too difficult while you’re awake like that was my only option ( if you can’t do it just say that) the bill for the whole process was $2100 not only that the consultation is like $400 without insurance but i had insurance and it was still 140$i did get my tooth pulled just not with them premier dental in indiana did extract my tooth same day i went and it was just for $150

Dr. Gillardi explained everything in detail and didn’t rush out the room like other dentists I’ve gone to in the past. When I initially requested to have my recent procedure done and wanted it done with minimal anesthesia despite recommendations. She explained in detail why it wasn’t a good idea. Hopefully I never need another oral surgery, but if I do I’ll definitely come back.
