Dr. Gillardi explained everything in detail and didn’t rush out the room like other dentists I’ve gone to in the past. When I initially requested to have my recent procedure done and wanted it done with minimal anesthesia despite recommendations. She explained in detail why it wasn’t a good idea. Hopefully I never need another oral surgery, but if I do I’ll definitely come back.

Everyone on staff was friendly, kind and efficient. I certainly felt like I was in good hands, and Dr. Gallardi came highly recommended. All questions were answered thoroughly. The office atmosphere was calming and the waiting area was spacious. I appreciate how efficient Dr. Gallardi and her team were, so that I was as comfortable as could be during my procedure. The office followed up the next day to be sure I was healing and to answer any concerns I might have.

Within the last 8 years or so I have gone to Dr Robin Gallardi three times for numerous extractions, and she and her staff are so good. Need I say more - three times five stars... Well I did think of something else what a clean nice large facility, so cool, clean & comfortable. The only trouble I ever had was outside trying to find the building! Well I've got it down pat now just a half a block south of Vollmer on Halsted on the west side of street. Situated off street with plenty of parking.

I highly recommend this place. The office staff is very pleasant and answers all my questions/concerns. The insurance specialist did an amazing job with explaining my benefits to me letting me know what is covered. I felt very comfortable and at ease here. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. Overall, I would recommend this place for your surgical needs.

A family member of mines had gone through something horrific and we were terrified he wouldn’t get his smile back.. Dr. Gallardi was able to ease his concerns and brought so much comfort to him… it’s going to be a long journey but I will continue bringing my family here because the doctor and staff were able to answer all our questions and concerns

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I called to the end of my treatment. The front desk team is very friendly, the treatment coordinator explains my insurance in detail which I appreciate very much so that I know what to expect from my insurance, the dental assistants are very caring and talked me thru the entire procedure and Dr Gallardi is very informative! Will highly recommend to my family and friends! Great teamwork all around, you can tell they all love their job.

Came to get my wisdom teeth removed. Was only suppose to get the bottom but the dentist recommended me to take the top ones out as well. I only did local numbing. Dr. Gallardi did a fast and amazing job. I came in TERRIFIED but her and the staff put me at ease. 10/10. Plus I really apperiated Dr Gallardi calling me after hours to check up on me.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted at this center a few months ago. The staff overall, from the reception center to the recovery room personnel, were friendly, comforting, competent and attentive during his procedure. The surgeon took exceptional care of my son. He healed completely, and with no complications. A few weeks after the procedure, I had issues with their billing. But after speaking with Face2face's office manager Sarina, I was given a break down of what happened, while at the same time, was offered validation and a sense of understanding for why I had the concerns that I did regarding my bill. My issues were ultimately rectified to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the time and care Sarina took to address my concerns. I would definitely return to this business for future services that they provide and would also recommend Face2face to my friends and family members. They gave great service to my son, which was much appreciated.
