When I was new to the area a couple of years ago I found myself needing some urgent work done to resolve some serious pain I was experiencing. Dr. Adams and his staff were quick to get me in and were great at resolving my issue. I have been going back ever since for cleaning, etc. and would recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming and willing to work around busy schedules.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My disabled mom was in search of a new dentist, went to this place because they had a promotional offer they allowed you to get all the services needed for an entire year at 1 fixed price. This included initial X-rays, all the cleanings and some sort of whitening. At some point they told my mom she needed some fillings, a root canal and deep cleanings, even though she was not experiencing any issues. Of course the quote provided was ridiculously high and she agreed to do half of the suggested work which cost her $1700. The other half was left alone until she could get the money together and here we are a year later without any issues or pain what so ever.Bright smile refused to honor the remaining cleanings in her package because "she needed a deep cleaning" which was not covered by the initial package.Fast forward to the end of her package which she was not allowed to be fully used, my mom fell and chipped her tooth, mind you this was a tiny chip at the corner of one of her front teeth. She went in to Bright smile to see what they could do and here came the sales pitch. She was told they could not fill the chip and rather told her they would need to do X-rays and would have to put a crown in on the chipped tooth. But wait it gets better! One crown was not enough, because then the singular crown would be obvious, they suggest 2 at a minimum for her two front teeth because supposedly her other tooth was showing signs of cracking as well, but why stop there she should get 4 crowns so that when she smiled she'd have 4 uniform teeth instead of just 2.My mom immediately said no because the work came with a hefty price tag of nearly $10k, with the purchase of a $700 insurance. Being in a chair and a position of weakness they continued to give her a sales pitch and forced another insurance package on her and convinced her to schedule the procedure for 4 crowns a few days later. My mother is in her 60's, disabled, with early onset dementia from a severe traumatic brain injury she incurred in 2015, she also suffers from anxiety due to the effects on her brain from the TBI. In this high pressure situation she agreed to have the work done and came home crying. Immediately I called other dentists for a second opinion and by the next morning had her chipped tooth fixed with X-rays and a cleaning done for $600. My mom called Bright smile to cancel the procedure and they were relentless. Eventually they agreed to cancel her appointment (which was still 72 hours away and cancelable by the terms of the agreement). The women on the phone did not want to cancel the insurance plan my mom was convinced to sign up for to help discount the 4 crowns by 30% but said she would see what she could do. It's now been about a week and they refuse to refund her $700 for the insurance that was bought for a procedure she will no longer have. This place has taken advantage of my mom and her inability to advocate for herself due to her health conditions. At my mothers second opinion the dentist praised her beautiful teeth and told her they would never suggest a procedure that would cause you to get rid of her real teeth when they are healthy and in good condition.Bright smiles suggestion to put 4 crowns was unethical and despicable. I highly discourage anyone come here ever, they will find some excuse to steal your money.Patient Name:Mercedes Davila

Did not go. When setting up the appointment, I was not told you had to pay for services when they are done and they will bill your insurance and then send you back the money. I was asked to give them a credit card to have on file,. But no mention of having to pay for everything - even with accepted insurance - at the time of service. . I found that out when filling out the on-,line paperwork.
