Dr. Battle and her entire team are passionate about what they do, perfectionist and committed to going above and beyond. Not to mention their entire office are black females! What an amazing experience. Upon entry the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome. The office is clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was unaware that the Dr. was a Howard University graduate and that made me feel so at ease.The Dr. was friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. We went over paperwork, and pricing in private (this is a big deal for me). She walked me through expectations next steps once I finish my treatment.I am so glad I was recommended. I would recommend her to anybody with needs ortho work. :)

Dr. Battle is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I met her for an Invisalign consultation Jan/Feb of 2022 and the rest is history. While the adjustments needed were minor, Dr. Battle did an excellent job of crafting a treatment plan suitable for my desired results and checked in frequently to ensure all was going as planned. Beyond her professional demeanor, she is kind, well versed and has a beautiful personality. Nik (the receptionist) is pleasant and incredibly patient.I highly recommend Bronzeville Ortho for all of your orthodontist needs!

Dr. Battle and her pleasant staff are simply wonderful! Not only is Dr. Battle kind, knowledgeable and professional but she bas a good rapport with her patients! Her team is nice as well which contributes to the overall great patient experience! Her office is so bomb and my daughter loves her appts! This is my first time getting braces. I have to say Dr. Battle and the staff made it a very comfortable experience for me. Very attentive, professional, patient with explaining every detail thoroughly from the initial process to how to floss/brush my teeth with the braces and what/what not to eat. The office is very clean and has very beautiful decor. Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

The Ortho Assistants Meg and Dakota, are so outgoing and charismatic throughout the visit. When in Dr. Battle’s presence you can sense the clear passion she has for the work she does. My teeth transforming into perfection whilst having positive, seamless, and fun trips really made this office feel like home. I have so many things to say about this practice and Dr. Battle and all the staff but I would be all day. It actually makes me emotional typing this because my braces journey has been quite traumatic, no exaggeration. First I do want to say, I am not even halfway through my treatment plan yet, but I am so grateful and thankful for them. Not just them as a service providers, but as people. They are all amazing, beautiful and kind-hearted women and they somehow managed to create and maintain an extremely warm, caring, inviting and SAFE atmosphere. This was something I NEEDED, as I was coming from another Orthodontist office that was pretty traumatizing for me.From the moment I stepped foot in Bronzeville Orthodontics, I felt safe and cared for. Dr. Battle was so gentle and reassuring that my last Ortho hadn't ruined my smile permanently. She didn't sell me a dream, instead she researched my situation and came up with a treatment plan that she felt would help fix and FINISH my treatment. I started my braces journey in Jan of 2019, I left my previous ortho in April of 2022 by way of him telling me that he felt that I was untreatable and that there was clearly nothing else he could do for me. He then offered me a FULL refund so I could never "bother" him again. *whew chile*Anywho, I started my treatment plan with Bronzeville in April of 2023. Dr. Battle has taken so much care to slowly and carefully move my teeth with NO PAIN. NO PAIN! The level of pain, excrutiating pain, I used to endure at my previous ortho led me to believe that it was somewhat normal. Welp, it's not! LOLAlthough, this reveiw may seem to be more about my emotional experience, I believe that part of the experience is equal to if not greater than the technicality and function of an ortho experience overall. At least to me it is. I went to 5 different ortho consulations after leaving my last one, and I knew from the moment I came to Bronzeville that they would be able to help me. My teeth feel stable, my gums aren't sore every day. I feel like I can trust them with my smile and any other issues that may arise. They are my recommendation for anyone looking for an orthodontist in Chicago! The quality of work, customer service and professionalism is unmatched!!!!

Best orthodontist in Bronzeville. The staff here is very friendly and the facility is nice and clean. I was nervous about getting braces but Meg made sure I felt comfortable through the process & all my check ups with her are quick and easy. I am always seen immediately for appointments. I was especially impressed with Nick, the office manager. Her professionalism and customer service is top tier. Dr. Battle is a perfectionist and will ensure your treatment plan is set up to give you the best results. Highly recommended!
