First time at Dental Smiles of West Loop but loved it way more than any other practice been to in Chicago. No rotating dentists, and instead individual care. Dr. Yu answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. Will be back$

I really enjoyed my first visit at Dental Smiles! They were efficient, thorough and compassionate. Dr. Yu took the time to explain/show me everything she saw on my imaging and didn't jump to fillings for findings that may be reversible. I really appreciated her approach, would recommend!

The staff is so welcoming and so open to any and all questions. They make absolutely sure that pain is prevented during treatment. (I just had 3 cavities filled with zero pain). They explain everything that's needed for treatment in detail, and also work with insurance closely to keep things as smooth as possible. Best dental practice I've ever been to! 10/10 💯💯💯

Dr. Shah is different from other dentists. She discussed the treatment plan and pricing upfront. I’ve had dentists who decide on pricing after a procedure and been shocked by how expensive it was. Dr. Shah could have given me a crown today as other dentists would have. Instead she chose a more conservative route based on my tooth’s need. My Endodontist said that she’s the best dentist in the west loop.
