Our experience with everyone we encountered at Edison Park Smiles was phenomenal in every respect. From Jennifer at the front desk, to Cami, our hygienist Holly and of course, Dr. Darren, we had an extremely great experience. Everyone there is courteous, thorough and very caring. All aspects of our dental needs were explained and questions answered. We are so glad to be a part of this dental practice.

First time at this dentist and I was extremely pleased. The hygienist, Holly, was so gentle, and very informative. She told me everything she was going to do. I have been stable for the last ten years of my dental history. It was great not having a new dentist tell me I needed such and such. He actually said, "Everything looks great! You're doing a wonderful job w your dental care. You're boring . You can't come back! "Then made a hardy laugh. Definitely put me at ease and I appreciated his happy and easy going style. I already have my 6 months appointment booked and have absolutely no apprehensions returning.

My first visit to EP Smiles. The office is very clean, all the staff is very personable, the equipment is modern and Dr. Simpson is outstanding? Exceptionally personable and very knowledgeable.All in all a great experience.Have referred two people already.

3 words: Fresh baked cookies! Okay, so the cookies were the cherry on top of this 5 star rating but Dr. Simpson and his staff were so so kind & professional! Top of the line equipment, they explained the process every step of the way and advised me of all my options/out of pocket costs prior to doing anything AND they gave me a fresh baked cookie on the way out (genius😉 appealing to my sweet tooth) see you at my next cleaning!

Be aware. Contrarily to name Smile they gave me biggest sorrow not smile. Front desk person/manager was first not polite then aggravated, then angry with no manners at all because I disputed unwanted procedures for my family member, finally with no giving reason cancelled visit for my kid and then cancelled the entire family. No one should be discriminated because for various reasons may not want procedure stubbornly offered. Anyway be aware.

Very nice people, old fashioned building, liked my dentist, Dr Simpson. He made suggestions about my teeth that my other dentist never did. Dr Simpson did a great job of cleaning my teeth and pointing out future possible problems. My hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable about my teeth and backstory!1.17.23:Just went in for cleaning. Edison Smiles gives u exactly what u expect from good dentistry. Dr Simpson is friendly and professional. However, what sets this franchise apart from others are the hygienists. Holly is excellent: explains what she is doing; why it's important and listens to ur concerns.I've been to a number of dentists in my 73 yr old life. These hygienists r why I return. I feel that I'm in competent hands.9.5.23Holly is my hygienist and I can say enough nice things about her. She's professional, friendly, good listener, knowledgeable concerning my dental health and dental health in general, tells me what she is doing and wants input from me on dental sensations. Dr. Simpson is great (as usual) but Holly is the cherry on top of my dental sundae! I would def recommend her.

They always go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and at home at their practice, and that your health concerns are professionally addressed with your comfort and peace of mind of utmost importance.I live in Schaumburg, and began seeing Dr Simpson in his Hoffman Estates office. When Dr Simpson began spending more time in his Edison Park practice, and it became difficult to schedule an appointment with him in Hoffman Estates, I decided to follow him to Edison Park. I don’t mind driving the extra distance to meet with a dentist I like and trust.Dr Simpson is the most down to earth dentist I’ve ever gone to. Appointments at Edison Park Smiles with Dr Simpson feel more like catching up with an old friend from high school or college than dreaded dental appointments, and going home with improved dental health as a side benefit.

I have been a patient with Dr. Jagodinski for my entire adult life. From my perspective, there is nobody better or more trustworthy. The new owner, Dr. Simpson and name change to EP Smiles shows that the same high quality, affordable service will continue for many years to come. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly, competent staff and the expert care provided by Drs Jagodinski and Simpson.

I have been so impressed with Dr. Simpson and the wonderful crew that work for him. Everyone who works at Edison Park Smiles are polite, funny, accommodating, talented, understanding, and the list of amazing go on. They make the experience of going to the dentist less grueling. They always provided alternatives to my dental work whenever I wasn't able to get everything done all at once or make sure to check in before anything was done. Dr. Simpson made sure I was taken care of regardless. In a word full of people just trying to make a dollar out of people, Dr. Simpson does the opposite and cares for his patients first, above all else. That is a rare find. Best patient customer service and bedside manner I have experienced in a long time. Please do not look any further, he is the one!
