From start to finish, my visit was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. The office itself was clean, organized, and equipped with modern technology, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the appointment, Yessenia explained each step while taking X-rays and answered any questions I had with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a positive experience were evident throughout. I have never written a review for any dentist office that I have visited, but I knew I had to for Floss & Co. As soon as I walked into their office, I knew that I was exactly where I was supposed to be! I have never felt so at home at a dentist office as much as the wonderful people at this location have made me feel. Every person there went out of their way to welcome and comfortable as possible. I have only been there twice so far but both times I have gone I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Everyone at Floss & Co. is so sweet and patient with you that you almost forget you're at the dentist. While every person at this location is wonderful, I have to give a special shout out to Giselle and Dr. Naem. They have made me feel like a part of their family! And for me, that is very important. I know that I'm in excellent hands with them. They are professionals, but more importantly, they are kind-hearted individuals.
