I LOVVVEEE the boutique experience at this dental office. Minnie, Dalal(I hope that's right!) and Dr. Izzy were super friendly and catered the care to my wants and needs. Down to asking whether I wanted a ton of detail or summarized notes. I think that's A++++ patient care. I even got a cute succulent as a welcome back gift.You get that friendliness right off the bat walking in from their front desk. On top of all that they accept all insurances. I didn't even bother asking since they make that clear in the website. Scheduling an appointment on their website was a breeze. 10/10 would and HAVE recommended this place.

Review update. Used to think this place was great, until I kept uncovering some very questionable billing practices. I have never written a review for any dentist office that I have visited, but I knew I had to for Floss & Co. As soon as I walked into their office, I knew that I was exactly where I was supposed to be! I have never felt so at home at a dentist office as much as the wonderful people at this location have made me feel. Every person there went out of their way to welcome and comfortable as possible. I have only been there twice so far but both times I have gone I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Everyone at Floss & Co. is so sweet and patient with you that you almost forget you're at the dentist. While every person at this location is wonderful, I have to give a special shout out to Giselle and Dr. Naem. They have made me feel like a part of their family! And for me, that is very important. I know that I'm in excellent hands with them. They are professionals, but more importantly, they are kind-hearted individuals.

Tonight was my first night being a patient at Floss &Co.Very friendly down to earth staff. Very knowlegable. Explained all that was going on.I also liked how they spoke to me at my level and treated me with such respect.Thank you for the tote bag, floss and the succulent. Awesome bonus! 😀

My wife and I initially chose Floss & Co. due of their weekend schedule. Little did we know that customer service is top notch! No matter who is at the front desk or what time of the day it is, a big smile & a warm welcome is waiting for you along with a personal greeting.Our two young boys enjoy going to the dentist. They've had such a positive experience because Doctors and staff are always so kind, patient and understanding. My older boy currently is on Invisalign Braces, and soon my younger son will as well. Dr Izzy is an amazing and professional dr. He was the first dr who ever took my concerns seriously and refered me to the appropriate physicians who have treated me for underlying conditions that had previously been ignored. When you meet him you see his genuine personality. You can tell he loves his job! The entire staff at Floss & co is welcoming and cheerful. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish, my visit was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. The office itself was clean, organized, and equipped with modern technology, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the appointment, Yessenia explained each step while taking X-rays and answered any questions I had with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a positive experience were evident throughout. From a current patient …the moment you walk in the office you feel welcomed. The environment is modern and comfortable. Due to a non traditional dental office vibe, it is helpful to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The comfort does not end here. It continues to when you are taken back and are seated in the dental chair. The dental assistants and hygienists to the doctors are making sure your comfort is priority before starting any work. They explain step by step everything that they will be doing or the future plan to your oral care. They show they actually care about getting you the right treatment. Brought my kids to new dentist...everyone, I mean everyone was super friendly. Completely engaged in every step from registration through the cleaning....and very thorough I might add. No rush jobs here. Extremely satisfied with my personal experience. Oh, the place is immaculate, clean and very aesthetically pleasing.Thank you again for making my experience very pleasant. I'm updating my review, but it took me a long time to make this decision. I've already terminated my treatment as a result.On this particular day my mouth was extremely dry for a few days for several reasons. Of course your dentist will notice that your mouth is dry. I remember lying down with him above me to the right. He started speaking to me about my dry mouth but not in the normal tone. I was being scolded, as his voice took over the entire office stating all the things I should do, drink water etc. he kept repeating it.He was so loud about it, there's no doubt even the front desk can hear everything as he is yelling at me about it.Laying down with someone over you doing everything but point his finger in your face about your mouth being dry, I retreated in my mind, humiliation took over. The dentist assistant was to my left, she didn't say anything of course. His tone was so demeaning as if he was tired of me like "I told you a hundred times".Here's the reason that I will never seek treatment here. As I'm being scolded, he brought up the fact that he knows I'm taking other medication. The most humiliating and an embarrassing medication that I've tried years to forget. In that moment it was like I heard my diagnosis for the first time. I laid tormented, I thought it was my secret. I felt like running out of the office, but I couldn't move.I even went back attempting to be strong. But I feel so exposed with the feeling of humiliation taken over again. My past reviews statements are true and honest. As for me I could never walk through those doors again.Past review- Whatever the mission statement is, they work like hellto uphold it. Always the highest level of customer service with a constant warm welcome. I'm pissed I can remember his name (I'll update later) but anytime I call, he knows exactly who I am, it's amazing. Can't tell you what that does to the experience because he really shows he cares.Needless to say, but the entire staff (including Doctors) are polished head to toe.
