The dentist is not only incredibly skilled but also gentle, compassionate, and caring, which makes every visit a comfortable experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being, and their kindness always shines through. Plus, their sense of humor makes each appointment enjoyable it’s always so much fun! I went to Floss and Co for a root canal, and I honestly had such a great experience. Dr. Delone Jouja was amazing, super gentle and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. I was surprised at how smooth and painless the whole process was. The staff was friendly and made everything easy, from scheduling to the actual visit. The office is clean and welcoming, which made me feel even more comfortable. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares, I highly recommend Floss and Co!

I recently visited for some dental work, and I had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was spotless. Dr. Jouja made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which really eased my nerves. I couldn't be happier with the care I received, and I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Absolutely DO NOT go here. I had the most unpleasant experience and would STRONGLY advise not to go here. First of all, all of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake, written or purchased by the staff themselves to try and get customers in -- please go give them a read. They added numerous new fake reviews following this to offset my review. I came in for a teeth cleaning and had each of my teeth scraped painfully until they were all bleeding. I was then told I'd need to be put under for a teeth cleaning -- I have never heard of needing to be put under for a teeth cleaning. I honestly got really freaked out because I'm a young female in this dentist office alone with no other patients, so I left. I then received a bill for $500. I never got a teeth cleaning. I was talked into getting an x-ray, even though I told them I had recently gotten one done and could have it faxed over. They refused and said I should do it on the spot -- then I got billed $200 for it. The painful scraping of my teeth and gums left my entire mouth bleeding and was another $200 I got billed for. Never got a teeth cleaning which is the only thing I came in for. I also have written proof of how much they said it would cost before I came in ($25), so don't trust that it will actually be that amount ($140 that I owe, the rest covered by insurance but completely exhausted the plan). The entire experience made me feel uneasy. I was the only patient in there, and they kept asking me how I had found them. I'm assuming they rarely have patients come in. I came in at 4:30pm, which should be one of the MOST popular times at a dentist office for people coming after work. I understand the practice switched hands so they’re probably building up a client base, but I could have been one of those new clients and now I will never come back. I now can't get a teeth cleaning this year because they used up my entire insurance allowance without completing the ONE thing I came in for. I called them to discuss the charges and they were extremely rude and not understanding. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very competent and friendly doctor and staff. Newly remodeled office is tasteful and cheery. Had a couple cavities redone quickly, at a decent price, and comfortably. Thanks guys for an overall very positive experience; see you in six months

Such a great dental office!!! Everyone is so nice and the doctor is wonderful. They explained every exam and cleaning procedures to me and gave me valuable advice on taking care of my teeth.

I've gone to this dentist for nearly 20 years, but in the spring, ghosted me two times in a row for a cleaning appointment until they finally let me know they were closing until the summer. Guess this is the rebrand. I've gone elsewhere, but their customer service is terrible and I keep getting emails from them even after trying to unsubscribe. Seems shady.

The staff is friendly and explains everything well. My crown procedure was handled in one office visit because they have all the equipment on site.
