Gold Coast Orthodontics

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Was experiencing jaw pain and after my first visit the Dr said he wanted to refer me to someone who specializes in this. Once my jaw pain was fixed I was supposed to come back for further dental work. I never received my referral. Called 5 times and after each call they told me they would talk to the doctor and get the referral sent right over. Each time they lied and never sent it. Finally I gave up after they essentially ghosted me. Staff clearly has no care for customers and now I have been sitting with pain for an extra 2 weeks without ever receiving a referral. I have seen others with a similar issue so clearly this is a pattern.

BEST experience ever!!! The Dr himself and the entire staff were all SO nice starting with my first phone call to them squeezing me in same day to the appointment itself and me popping back in. I cannot even begin to thank them enough from the bottom of my heart! They were wonderful with their work but also so incredibly kind! Especially with me being a nervous nelly due to a problem from a different ortho office. Look no further, you have found your place! This group is BEYOND amazing!!!

As an adult patient whose teeth shifted after having braces in middle school, I was apprehensive to start the ortho journey. I tried Invisalign in the past through my dentist, noting it was not the right treatment style for me, and I am so glad I was referred to Gold Coast Orthodontics for other treatment options. The office is clean, the employees are friendly, their treatment plans are transparent, the technology and equipment are modern, their appointment schedule is flexible, appointment start times are prompt, and Dr. Huang himself is a fantastic ortho partner/advocate to have on your side. I decided to move forward with lingual braces and while the process itself was not always the most comfortable (it's braces after all) and treatment went longer than initially estimated, I always knew "why" and understood what was next to keep things moving in order to achieve my desired result. Three months post-removal + one retainer check later, I am very grateful for my experience with Gold Coast Orthodontics and I would recommend this office (for all ages)!

Super nice staff quite honestly, but after contacting the office multiple times(5 +) via email and over the phone to ask a few questions after my initial appointment, I was never called back. In order to move onto the next step of my pallet expansion process I had to pay $800 (eventually $15,000 for the whole treatment) thus I wanted to be sure all my questions were answered. I was really looking forward to working with their office but not being called/emailed back is a bad sign. I’m more difficult than the average client because I’m anxious, but frankly it was super rude.

Dr. Huang is the best orthodontist in Chicago. He pays attention to detail, is very knoweldgeable when it comes to complex cases, and he uses the latest technology and software to image patients and treatment plan their cases. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anyone else. I work for a large dental organization, and I'm a patient here going through a complex treatment.

My experience at Gold Coast Orthodontics has been nothing but wonderful. The receptionists are friendly. Dr. Huang is friendly, attentive and cares. He is thorough in explaining my case which is a challenging one and takes time to answer all my questions and address any concerns that I have. I’m grateful to have Gold Coast Orthodontics on my teeth team!

I have been in the care of Dr. Huang for two years for invisalign treatment. With every interaction I have received incredible kindness and professionalism from the entire team, with no detail of the treatment plan ever overlooked. Appointments are easy and the office is pristine. I am very grateful that I was referred here by my dentist, and even more grateful for my smile.

I shopped around first considering price and treatment plan. Gold Coast had the best location, amazing office space, and the most professional treatment plan and staff.They have taken the time to ensure I know what is happening, what to expect, and that I am comfortable.

Dr. Huang is very nice, professional and has a strong responsibility. The orthodontics for me is very successfully, and solved my bite problem. When I went back to China to do my orthodontics surgery, and my doctor had some questions about my treatment, I had to call Dr. Huang almost at midnight, although he had a meeting the next morning, he was still very patient and nice to answer the questions. The people of billing service is very nice as well and explain things very clearly. They are all very helpful. Thanks for this good service that I am more confident.

I have absolutely enjoyed every moment of my time at Gold Coast Orthodontics. Dr. Huang is incredibly sweet and has a very pleasant sense of humor. He is very good at making you feel comfortable right away. Also, he sure knows his teeth! I had quite a complex situation, but he was able to assess my condition and make a recommendation for a specialized plan very quickly. And I also can't leave out the staff... all of the aids who would make the adjustments to my braces or work with me before I would see the doctor were wonderful - so kind and genuine. Lastly, their billing department was great and willing to work with me with what I could afford. My teeth look so beautiful now and I feel more confident than ever. Thank you to everyone there!
