So thankful to have been referred to these experienced Orthodontists! Dr Jacobson is fantastic and has a wonderful approach with kids. Both my kids love hearing the plan of action to help make their smiles extra beautiful. My child is nearing the end of orthodontia treatment, and I've been very happy with Jacobson & Tsou. Dr. Tsou is knowledgeable, professional and wiling to answer questions. They create 3D video renderings of your kid's teeth, so you can see exactly why they need braces, or Invisaligns in my child's case. And the staff has also been professional as well as extremely courteous even when I had to cancel and reschedule appointments. There are less expensive options, but the high quality service has been worth it.

I'm not happy with this place anymore, my last appt. at the Vernon Hills office got to me, Dr. J seemed bothered by something, and they don't seem to do dimples anymore on clear retainers which is part of my treatment. I am done with treatment, but I would get new retainers from time to time, and they always had dimples. When I asked for the dimples on the new retainers, it seemed to bother the dr., but without the dimples, my thought is that the treatment I got goes backwards. It felt the same with the other dr. too. They don't even want to charge me for a new model if I wanted to start over, because the dimples are too hard to do on the plastic. Seems like they don't want to deal with me anymore.
