So thankful to have been referred to these experienced Orthodontists! Dr Jacobson is fantastic and has a wonderful approach with kids. Both my kids love hearing the plan of action to help make their smiles extra beautiful. My child is nearing the end of orthodontia treatment, and I've been very happy with Jacobson & Tsou. Dr. Tsou is knowledgeable, professional and wiling to answer questions. They create 3D video renderings of your kid's teeth, so you can see exactly why they need braces, or Invisaligns in my child's case. And the staff has also been professional as well as extremely courteous even when I had to cancel and reschedule appointments. There are less expensive options, but the high quality service has been worth it.

Highly recommend Dr Tsou and the team at Skokie. They helped my daughter correct a Cross Bite (initially identified by City Smiles who we also highly recommend) and are now treating my son’s overbite. We trust them so much that even though we moved out of state, we come back and coordinate our visits so that our kids can continue getting care with Jacobson & Tsou.

Friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about my care needed. But let us talk about the facility, it was thoroughly clean, the equipment was state of the art bar none. We have had such a great experience so far. Only six months in and we see such a significant improvement in our daughter's smile. Invisalign is an amazing alternative to traditional braces and has been a great choice for our teen. The orthodontists and staff have been super great to work with and are friendly, caring, and really work to help each child with personalized care. The office is high tech and always clean and welcoming.

I am a 42 year old woman who finally can afford to fix my teeth! All of the staff made me feel very comfortable and not too old to get braces (I'm actually going with Invisalign). They explained what I needed to get done, and laid out a plan of what they could do and how much the total cost was going to be, right up front. They even are giving me a payment plan. A very friendly and knowledgeable group!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this practice. I have a 9 year old diverse learner and was always so anxious about this process (spacers, braces, molds of teeth, all of it). We started this when my son was only 7. The staff at J&TO not only assured me but were patient and kind with my son, and he did awesome. And now has a beautiful (nicely aligned) smile. We had no difficulty with appointments, and were often seen for add on appointments. Your staff (front desk, assistants and doctors) were all professional and kind! This is the place you go when you want the best for your child’s dental health. Braces are about more than just straight teeth - you want a doctor who understands this fully and this is Drs. Jacobson and Tsou. They keep up on the latest research and technology and really focus on what is best for the patient. We used a different doctor for our 1st child and can say this practice is far superior to others. Scheduling is easy, checkin is easy and overall a great experience for child and parent. People drive in from WI and IN for treatment at this Chicago based office. Definitely worth the trip!
