So thankful to have been referred to these experienced Orthodontists! Dr Jacobson is fantastic and has a wonderful approach with kids. Both my kids love hearing the plan of action to help make their smiles extra beautiful. My child is nearing the end of orthodontia treatment, and I've been very happy with Jacobson & Tsou. Dr. Tsou is knowledgeable, professional and wiling to answer questions. They create 3D video renderings of your kid's teeth, so you can see exactly why they need braces, or Invisaligns in my child's case. And the staff has also been professional as well as extremely courteous even when I had to cancel and reschedule appointments. There are less expensive options, but the high quality service has been worth it.

We have had such a great experience so far. Only six months in and we see such a significant improvement in our daughter's smile. Invisalign is an amazing alternative to traditional braces and has been a great choice for our teen. The orthodontists and staff have been super great to work with and are friendly, caring, and really work to help each child with personalized care. The office is high tech and always clean and welcoming.

Very pleased with the individual care and cleanliness of the facility. I would recommend Jacobson & Tsou Orthodontics for anyone interested in Invisalign. My particular results were outstanding, and J & Tsou's team was there every step of the way. They aren't satisfied unless your satisfied. They will make sure you get the best results from Invisalign.

I'm not happy with this place anymore, my last appt. at the Vernon Hills office got to me, Dr. J seemed bothered by something, and they don't seem to do dimples anymore on clear retainers which is part of my treatment. I am done with treatment, but I would get new retainers from time to time, and they always had dimples. When I asked for the dimples on the new retainers, it seemed to bother the dr., but without the dimples, my thought is that the treatment I got goes backwards. It felt the same with the other dr. too. They don't even want to charge me for a new model if I wanted to start over, because the dimples are too hard to do on the plastic. Seems like they don't want to deal with me anymore.

Highly recommend Dr Tsou and the team at Skokie. They helped my daughter correct a Cross Bite (initially identified by City Smiles who we also highly recommend) and are now treating my son’s overbite. We trust them so much that even though we moved out of state, we come back and coordinate our visits so that our kids can continue getting care with Jacobson & Tsou.

Friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about my care needed. But let us talk about the facility, it was thoroughly clean, the equipment was state of the art bar none. Was there for first evaluation. Location is really nice, Modern, clean, staff is very polite and efficient. They make full use of newest technology. Dr Jacobson was extremely detailed and thorough in his evaluation and provided with me with explanations of available options, pro’s and con’s easy to understand & follow. I do not recommend this practice because it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. My other children went elsewhere for braces, but we chose this because of location. In retrospect, I would have gone back to friendly Dr. Lippitz. The caliber of the work seems equivalent, but it is extremely difficult to get an appointment at J&T. It takes sometimes six or eight weeks to make an appointment and heaven forbid if you have to change it for legitimate reasons. Then the shot clock starts again. They appear indignant and say it is your issue because you should schedule early. It should not be this hard to get into any Ortho. Having to wait so long adds time to the entire braces process.So if your family schedule allows for no changes and waits between appointments, this might work. But for the rest of us, it’s not worth it

My daughter, who has some developmental challenges and is a bit averse to anyone touching her mouth, has successfully started her orthodontic correction and is making amazing progress. Dr. Jacobson and his staff are so accommodating and have been extremely patient when working with my daughter. I highly recommend his practice for compassionate care and beautiful work!
