If you’re in the market for a new dentist- choose this place.This whole office is amazing. Everyone is professional, nice and easy to talk to/work with. Rama is beyond friendly and does a fabulous job gently cleaning my sensitive teeth. Dr. Raoof is so knowledgeable, will patiently educate and answer question and is constantly learning more herself to better serve patients.

I have had two outstanding experiences so far with Lakeview Smiles. Everyone at the practice is an absolute professional. Daisy at the front office will do all she can to ensure you are comfortable and was even able to reschedule me from the lakeview office to the Bucktown office in less than five minutes after I realized I booked the wrong location. My deep cleaning was thorough and my hygienist was able to clean effectively in less than an hour and a half without using injectable numbing medication (only topical) and it was pain free!I used to see the same dentist for over 25 years who recently retired, and I am absolutely pleased with my new dentist here at Lakeview Smiles. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a deep cleaning or new dentist!

I visited today and can not speak highly enough of this location. Easily the best dental visit I’ve ever had. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly, organized and absolute experts at their jobs. I normally dread dentist but their professionalism and efficiency really put me at ease. The facility is clean, welcoming and located in a great area. I’m a local so can’t really speak to parking but it is located right off the blue-line el. Highly recommend

They were all well organized and everyone had a task. They treated my teens well. Execution done well from staff. I went in for my two teens before 2023-2024 school year. We will be returning for whitening inhouse which is $350.00 each. in case we were wondering. The kids and I were happy with the staff and service. Gladly come back. See u soon!

My daughter started out as a patient at Lakeview Smile. She assists with Dr. Jones, who is an excellent orthodontist. Thanks to her we have seen great evolution in the process. My daughter loves her and we love her. The entire staff is attentive and courteous. Today we all attend as a family, with different doctors from the same place and that shows the confidence that they have inspired in us. 100% recommendable!!!

Went here twice and both experiences were excellent. Extremely nice, patient, empathetic, and accommodating staff. The most Autism/Neurodivergent-friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. If requested they will walk you through every step of the process and accommodate as much as possible for sensory needs. The second time I went, Rama went out of her way, when I wasn’t even her client that day, to make sure the new dentist knew my sensory needs without me asking. Rama and Mona were both incredible. Very helpful and kindI have two other peers who are neurodivergent and use this dentist as well. Both have similar things to say

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I was moving and had quite a few things that needed to be done to get my mouth back on track. They ensured this all happened before I left Chicago. They were so flexible and caring throughout the entire process! I can’t recommend this dentist enough. I had a rough experience prior to going to this office and they made me love the dentist again!! I will truly miss this dentist office and all the awesome staff and Dr. Raoof!!

If you are someone who has a fear of anything dental related than this is your place!!! I went in for a routine cleaning scheduled with Rama. She is AMAZING!! She comforted my anxiety and made sure I was ok with everything before we started. She took the time to actually explain what was going on and what steps were coming next. Her hand is so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. As long as she’s still there I will be returning….now onto my ortho work. I had some problems from another dentist that needed addressing and Dr. Jones really stepped it up and gave me a detailed plan on how to fix the problems. We’re 6 months in and I already see amazing results with absolutely no complaints. This office does not disappoint! I was able to get my normal dental work done in addition to ortho work all in the same office. & on top of it all the Bucktown location is SUPER CLEAN. If you’re someone who like a clean and professional office this is your place!!!

Received great care from Lakeview Smiles in Bucktown. From the moment I walked in I was accommodated. Staff was pleasant and engaging. Dr. Raoof and Rama were outstanding, both gave incredible care. Just book Cynthia at Lakeview Smiles right now!!Like many others, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. I never had a cavity before and I had great experiences with prior dentists and orthodontists, but the longer I went without a dental exam + cleaning, the more anxious I became. I just delayed it like most of us do!I kept putting it off until I realized if I did have any dental issues they would only get worse. I scoured the reviews for dentists in Chicago.Lakeview Smiles has 5 stars… and as a dentist?!Cynthia was named in several reviews so I chose the location she was at.As the appointment grew nearer, I became more anxious. But, as soon as I sat in the chair and was in the care of Cynthia I wasn’t nervous anymore. She explained the process of everything and assured me when I needed it. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful! The doctor was just as great as Cynthia and very gentle.I was convinced I would be in pain during my appointment. Turns out - I didn’t need a root canal and I had 0 cavities. (Flossing really does work.)Cynthia did a deep cleaning after my gums were topically numbed so I did not feel any pain AT ALL!Everything was fairly priced with insurance too. 1000/10 would recommend Cynthia at Lakeview Smiles! I feel so much better knowing I am in great hands and can maintain my health with a trusted staff.
