I absolutely love Lakeview Smiles! I started at the armitage location and now going to the Belmont location. Cynthia was literally the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s super kind and takes her time and really makes sure she gives the best cleaning possible. I felt comfortable and welcomed and all the dentists I saw were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience that I decided to take a chance and book an appointment for my dad, he hates going to the dentist and had been avoiding it for a few years. I booked him an appointment with Cynthia as his hygienist and he has not stopped going back since! It makes me so happy that he is getting excellent dental care and is finally being consistent with his dental care. He loves going to the dentist now (literally he’s there right now lol) I feel genuinely grateful for places like Lakeview smiles with such kind and compassionate staff. 🙏🏽 🏽

I moved to the North Shore and still comeDowntown for Lakeview Smiles. Dr. Lee and the whole staff create the most incredibly welcoming, informed and supportive dental group I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. They’ve done everything from my veneers, to cleanings, to emergency visits. If you’re looking for a dentist with the latest tech (to keep all procedures comfortable and quick) and someone you can trust, look no further.

I've been with the practice since before Dr Grace Lee, the owner, bought the practice. Over that time she has made it a fantastic place with the most modern updates in dentistry along with superb care. It has grown large with multiple locations now. This is a mixed blessing, as my one criticism is I have to make a special effort to not get "dentist switched." It's important to me to have the same dentist that I know for my non-emergency care. While the staff accommodates me, I need to mention it every time I set an appointment to not get surprised. I would prefer to have this done automatically. That said, every dentist I have seen is polite, professional, and seems knowledgeable and capable.

Been a patient at Lakeview Smiles for about 2 years now. Skye, Cynthia, the dentists, and everyone else are all incredibly friendly, personable, professional, and great at what they do. The new office is modern and comfortable and I always leave feeling better than I did when I came in. I’d highly recommend Lakeview Smiles to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I love going to this place. I have been a client here since I moved to Chicago. I lived in the city for 10 years and I have not looked anywhere else. Everybody is really kind and they are very clear with the things you have to go to have great dental care. I recommend this place to anybody that loves the dentist and to those who don’t!

I came to lakeview smiles bc an implant fell out. They needed to order a part to be able to put it back in. It has been over a month and they cannot give me ANY details on the status of even ordering the part. The first time I called, they said they could give me a tracking number. The second time I called they said "I don't know maybe it was returned?" The third time I called they said "We can't get a hold of their rep." The kicker? They don't event take my dental insurance. I wonder if this is the level of care they think is acceptable to be given to themselves when they are missing a tooth, but hey - at least their new offices are nice. #priorities

Dr. Lee and her team are incredible! They treated me with the utmost care, respect, kindness, and even joy. Who thinks of those things when going to get dental care? From now on, I will whenever I am scheduled to see Dr. Lee and the Lakeview Smiles team. Thank you guys for making dental appointments something to look forward to. I highly recommend this amazing practice!

I have been going to Dr. Lee for over 15 years. She is no longer in my network & I no longer live in the city, but I can’t imagine finding a better dentist so I still come to see her for all of my dental work. She has an incredible attention to detail and is meticulous with her work. She even did an emergency root canal for me one night while clearly dressed up for a date with her husband, which is such a good example of the care she has for her patients. Her hygienists are spectacular and so kind (Cynthia is amazing). I simply cannot recommend her enough (and have actually recommended her to many friends and co-workers).It is also worth mentioning that the office is incredibly well run. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, their billing group is great, they’re super transparent with pricing and the office is clean and inviting.

I recently moved to Lakeview and found Lakeview smiles while walking to the redline. It's located on the second floor. Beautiful new modern office with coffee and tea while you wait. The staffs are amazing! So warm and friendly. I was greeted by Sylvia and Jonathan when I came in. Jonathan was really sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I kinda get nervous at the dentist, but they made me feel right at home. Cythia did my cleaning and she was wonderful. She went through all the details and questions I had. They have a screen that shows you everything, so you understand what they're doing. I thought the technologies was really advance. I came in when I noticed my gum bleeding a lot, but after two part cleanings, the bleeding stop immediately. Great staff, great result and I appreciate everything!

I went to the same dentist for over 20 years. When I moved to Chicago I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I’ve been coming to Lakeview Smiles for over two years and couldn’t be happier. The doctors and dental hygienists are amazing and take the time to get to know their patients. Shout out to Cynthia, she always goes above and beyond to give suggestions and make sure you leave with the cleanest smile every time!
