Omg I just love this place.I love Carmen so much. She truly just is a really loving and kind and sweet and understanding exemplary patient person. You can't help but to fall in love with her and feel like she really does care .She listens to your all your concerns. She's the right woman for the Job I tell you that.Especially When it comes to making sure things are done right.Dr. OMar, your the bestest!Yall, Dr. omar is so good.He got rid of my 30 yrs of dental fear in 5-10 mins. Right away when I met him I knew I had found the guy for the Job.He's so warm, patient and kind and gentle on my teeth. He really does exercise patience when it comes to me and I appreciate that. Especially since I have all these fears about dentist and on top of that... Fear and a million and one questions. But not no more and its allb-cus of him.The front office staff is sooooo awesome sauce. I can't really explain it but they chose the right personalities for the Job.Tyrese, CJ, Sophia, Thank you sooo... much ! The dental assistant Ree, that helped me explain my issues yesterday and the dental hygienist who helped assist her with me. Please forgive me for forgetting the name.Oh and let's not forget lexi in the office omg she just the sweetest thing ever....and so many more.Thank you!.So far they are really Great!This is the place for you if you want to go to people who care and are patient, kind and honest and really try to help you and maintain your good oral health.They try to work with everyone as best they can and they have great payment options.No matter if you have Good Insurance, NO Insurance, or if you have bad Insurance.Dr. Omar, I'm has been my Doctor. for the past 2yrs now. Hes definitely heaven sent! He's the best you will ever get. I hope he knows it. He works so hard yall! So today I just wanted to give him his flowers 💐 🌹💐🌹.He's so knowledgeable at what he does and whoever trained him I take my hat off to you as well. He's so patient and kind and good at what he do. I feel I can't say that enough! And did I say he's gentle on my teeth.I always have a million questions and he answers them all. He pays attention and uses discernment when it come to my personal oral care. I can tell he knows if my teeth are fragile or strong and what to do and not do.I don't ever get the feeling that he treats all patients the same as if all teeth are the same. If ever I have any doubts or fears. He always always reassures me or has a solution to any of my tooth problems even if i have to fo elsewhere.If there is any work that needs to be done IK I can trust him to get the job done and do it right.Even if he's too busy he's never too busy to make sure his patients get the best care.He's Honest and knows what to do and if its something he does not specialize in he will tell you what he suggest.Thank you so much Smiles 😃 Of Beverly. More Smiles of Beverly was the best experience that I have had at a dentist in my 30 years. The amount of care and patience that was shown to me was unmatched. Starting with the warm welcome from Sophia, to the laughs with Isabella and the friendly banter with the hygienist, Michael, the team here truly cares about the overall satisfaction of the customer. The financial guy, Tyrese, was transparent and kind and each of the dentist that I met were personable, professional and (most importantly) very efficient.

I had a great experience today. When I first walked in the first smile i seen was Sophia. she was so warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home right away. As I waited to get my insurance verified she kept making sire I was ok she kept on checking me and made me feel comfortable and that kept checking on me as i waited my turn.. she even made sure that when I walked down the stairs to watch my step and hold on to the rail. I really appreciate something like that because I have weakness in my legs sometimes.Also the front staff was wonder Tyrese was so patient with me as he kept trying to make sure my insurance was being verified and accurate because I gave him the wrong information.Thank you so much Sophia and Tyrese

The best dentist I’ve had since I’ve moved here. Customer service is awesome.Update: albeit this place has good customer service, their work is shotty. I ended up going to a different dentist, simply because I moved to a different state. The new dentist had to basically fix and redo the work this dentist did. Will never be going to this company again.

I have been coming to More Smiles of Beverly for a few years now. I love their direct,honest approach. I have been to other Dentist who don't give you all of your options but the one that they think is more profitable. The dental assistants really make you feel comfortable. Overall my experience has been great. The only thing that needs improvement is the wait time. If I have an appointment I would like to be serviced at least within 15 minutes of my appointment.

Well I thought this was going to be a great place because it is black owned but I was sadly mistaken. The only reason I'm giving this rating is because Dr. Ami really is an excellent dentist and went above and beyond to correct the half done job by Dr. A. First off I came here to get my yearly checkup and get my teeth cleaned. I ended up with a root canal and two crowns, minus $2800. It is what it is but the level of service from the dentist is severely lacking. I started my treatments with Dr. A ,who I saw before he started this practice and was very pleased with his work previously. From multiple canceled appointments, time wasted trying to see him (over 2 hours in one case) to slightly subpar work I cannot in good faith recommend him. After furiously explaining my specific situation,( temporary filling came out and I was left with a huge hole in my tooth), I  was finally seen by his associate dentist Dr. Ami to finish the work he started.  Dr. Ami is amazing but seems to be taking up the slack for Dr.A.  I was told multiple reasons for why Dr. A missed appointments. Dr. A had an emergency, he's sick, he's in the hospital and that none of this is under his control. Stupid question but if he's so sick why would you continue to fill up his appointment schedule  only to have to reschedule patientsor call off at the last minute? Sorry you are sick. Be sick, heal and then resume your schedule.  I was also told he only works on Wednesdays, yet I was given an appointment for him on Friday. Whichever story his office is trying to stick with at least get the story straight between you. 😆 I hate wasting my time and this place has done enough of it. They could care less about you sitting in that tiny waiting room or outside in your car wasting your precious time. The staff is friendly and nice enough, Jameka, Michael, Rikia and Rachel and the practice is very clean . What I  wanted and expected was to receive the work I agreed to and paid for upfront to be done in a timely manner. I started this process at the end of June, just finished at the end of September. If I waited on Dr. A I'm sure it would have been well into Christmas and maybe beyond. Unacceptable. Take your appointments on time or at least if you are running late call your patients to give them a heads up ALL the time. You seem to have a decent amount of people working for you to make a courtesy call. Also get a receipt and double check with your insurance. If by some chance you still decide to come here ask for Dr. Ami or ANY other dentist but still be prepared to wait because I'm sure they'll be taking care of the overflow of patients that were rescheduled for Dr. A. If I started with Dr. Ami I don't think my experience would have been as messy. But I won't be going to any dentist anytime soon. I only came here because I trusted Dr. A but he did me no favors. No thank you Dr. A. You need to get it together.

Id hate to give a bad review because some of the people here were friendly, however this place is all over the place, i was given a tour then a room after thinking my insurance was covered only for them to come back and tell me it wasnt, so i then paid $89 to get seen,xrays, 2 and 1/2 hours of being there, the workers were gossiping about each other, Dont get me wrong Sophia is very sweet but sat there till i wrote a review, i saw Sophia more than i did anyone else in the office, i did not even get my teeth cleaned! Prior to this i went to “1st choice dental” not only was my insurance accepted! The rooms were spacious, my husband was able to come with me in the back, they cleaned my teeth and i got an extraction at no charge because my insurance took care of it, as it should! I really would had thought at least paying the $89 would get my teeth cleaned but not even that! To top it off if I did want the deep clean I had to wait even more time for some one to be available… even tho im already there in a room sitting down ready to be seen…

I’ve been coming to More Smiles of Beverly for 2 years. I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentist, even being a nurse. I am always afraid of judgment from the dentist and pain. Every time I come here I am treated with a smile and so much softness and joy. Today Ms. Sophia helped me get introduced to my exam room and she calmed my nerves well before the doctors/ assistant came in! Their numbing is amazing! I highly recommend this place!Edit: 3/22 - the assistant Charlotte was amazing! She is so Knowledgeable! I told her I was so self conscious of my gap as I’m waiting on my bridge. She made me a bridge that looks so normal I almost cried! Teeth are stressful but they try their best for their patients!

Dr. Kunbi, dentist, treatment, coordinator, BC, and dental assistant, Emily. Today I came in for a cleaning root canal and to have caps put on my front teeth. I had a accident. Resulting in sheared off my front teeth. I have been severely self-conscious and constantly wore my mask course. I’m a scaredy-cat, but the doctor and coordinator and then assistant made me feel extremely comfortable took great care to put me at ease and seeing that I had extra dental work that needed to be completed , but Workmen’s Comp. insurance did not cover. Dr Kunbi putting my health first for the work that was to be done. Is blessing me with taking care of procedures that are not covered more smiles dentistry is beautiful inside, people as well.
