Omg I just love this place.I love Carmen so much. She truly just is a really loving and kind and sweet and understanding exemplary patient person. You can't help but to fall in love with her and feel like she really does care .She listens to your all your concerns. She's the right woman for the Job I tell you that.Especially When it comes to making sure things are done right.Dr. OMar, your the bestest!Yall, Dr. omar is so good.He got rid of my 30 yrs of dental fear in 5-10 mins. Right away when I met him I knew I had found the guy for the Job.He's so warm, patient and kind and gentle on my teeth. He really does exercise patience when it comes to me and I appreciate that. Especially since I have all these fears about dentist and on top of that... Fear and a million and one questions. But not no more and its allb-cus of him.The front office staff is sooooo awesome sauce. I can't really explain it but they chose the right personalities for the Job.Tyrese, CJ, Sophia, Thank you sooo... much ! The dental assistant Ree, that helped me explain my issues yesterday and the dental hygienist who helped assist her with me. Please forgive me for forgetting the name.Oh and let's not forget lexi in the office omg she just the sweetest thing ever....and so many more.Thank you!.So far they are really Great!This is the place for you if you want to go to people who care and are patient, kind and honest and really try to help you and maintain your good oral health.They try to work with everyone as best they can and they have great payment options.No matter if you have Good Insurance, NO Insurance, or if you have bad Insurance.Dr. Omar, I'm has been my Doctor. for the past 2yrs now. Hes definitely heaven sent! He's the best you will ever get. I hope he knows it. He works so hard yall! So today I just wanted to give him his flowers 💐 🌹💐🌹.He's so knowledgeable at what he does and whoever trained him I take my hat off to you as well. He's so patient and kind and good at what he do. I feel I can't say that enough! And did I say he's gentle on my teeth.I always have a million questions and he answers them all. He pays attention and uses discernment when it come to my personal oral care. I can tell he knows if my teeth are fragile or strong and what to do and not do.I don't ever get the feeling that he treats all patients the same as if all teeth are the same. If ever I have any doubts or fears. He always always reassures me or has a solution to any of my tooth problems even if i have to fo elsewhere.If there is any work that needs to be done IK I can trust him to get the job done and do it right.Even if he's too busy he's never too busy to make sure his patients get the best care.He's Honest and knows what to do and if its something he does not specialize in he will tell you what he suggest.Thank you so much Smiles 😃 Of Beverly. More Smiles of Beverly was the best experience that I have had at a dentist in my 30 years. The amount of care and patience that was shown to me was unmatched. Starting with the warm welcome from Sophia, to the laughs with Isabella and the friendly banter with the hygienist, Michael, the team here truly cares about the overall satisfaction of the customer. The financial guy, Tyrese, was transparent and kind and each of the dentist that I met were personable, professional and (most importantly) very efficient.

I had a great experience today. When I first walked in the first smile i seen was Sophia. she was so warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home right away. As I waited to get my insurance verified she kept making sire I was ok she kept on checking me and made me feel comfortable and that kept checking on me as i waited my turn.. she even made sure that when I walked down the stairs to watch my step and hold on to the rail. I really appreciate something like that because I have weakness in my legs sometimes.Also the front staff was wonder Tyrese was so patient with me as he kept trying to make sure my insurance was being verified and accurate because I gave him the wrong information.Thank you so much Sophia and Tyrese

I’ve been coming to More Smiles of Beverly for 2 years. I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentist, even being a nurse. I am always afraid of judgment from the dentist and pain. Every time I come here I am treated with a smile and so much softness and joy. Today Ms. Sophia helped me get introduced to my exam room and she calmed my nerves well before the doctors/ assistant came in! Their numbing is amazing! I highly recommend this place!Edit: 3/22 - the assistant Charlotte was amazing! She is so Knowledgeable! I told her I was so self conscious of my gap as I’m waiting on my bridge. She made me a bridge that looks so normal I almost cried! Teeth are stressful but they try their best for their patients!

Dr. Kunbi, dentist, treatment, coordinator, BC, and dental assistant, Emily. Today I came in for a cleaning root canal and to have caps put on my front teeth. I had a accident. Resulting in sheared off my front teeth. I have been severely self-conscious and constantly wore my mask course. I’m a scaredy-cat, but the doctor and coordinator and then assistant made me feel extremely comfortable took great care to put me at ease and seeing that I had extra dental work that needed to be completed , but Workmen’s Comp. insurance did not cover. Dr Kunbi putting my health first for the work that was to be done. Is blessing me with taking care of procedures that are not covered more smiles dentistry is beautiful inside, people as well. Thank you so much we entire staff at Moore smiles of Beverly. Blessing so please come in and allow more smiles, Beverly fix your smile!!

First thing I like to say, is this young lady listenI asked her to make sure she hit the back teeth real goodI am a happy soulShe did a great job. She did AAA for me. Did she treat every customer like she treated me? She’s gonna get AAA every time that’s all I got to say.

The dental hygienist name Laqueena was totally professional something I haven't seen in years from a young person. Please don't let her get away. She was so calm and so patient. I was not at all nervous after being in her presence for only a few minutes.TOTAL PROFESSIONAL! A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR COMPANY. THANKS FOR HIRING HER TO YOUR TEAM.❤️❤️❤️

Fernanda It's a very nice personable and thorough assistant to doctor Omar I have been going to the gentle office for 3 years now and I have had a pleasant visit and very good customer service But it's very convenient and a walking distance from my homeUpdated 11/14/2023My visit was as usual excellent with doctor Omar he has a very great bad side matter good customer service skills wouldn't have any other way Charlotte his assistant was very attentive and Hospitable
