My 1st time coming to this location and I must say the service was AMAZING. We got greeted as soon as we walked in by Alex. Her customer service was phenomenal, Joselyn came out and got my son and when I say this was the quickest appointment we had EVER. She explained to me what was going on very nicely overall WE HAD A GREAT VISIT 👍 THANKS LADIES

My daughter is starting her braces journey, and the orthodontic experts have made sure my daughter has had nothing but a great experience! The staff are helpful and supportive, the Doctor explained the procedure made sure we were both comfortable. He also paid special attention to the fact she is a diverse learner. I am looking forward to the next 2 years. Alex is the best!!!!

They’re really professional & it was worth the wait. Be patient if they become a little busy. Things happen. I met with Dr. Reyes for a second opinion. I’m already in braces from another orthodontist. He gave me a few suggestions as to what we can do to improve my smile. He noticed I had a canine impacted & needed to be removed. Something my current orthodontist basically wanted to leave there…a huge mistake on his end. Thank you Dr. Reyes for your time, truthfulness & being so understanding. I’m scheduled to get my canine removed on 7/11. Blessings to all. I’ll see you soon. 🏽

I have been coming here for two years now. The service at the beginning was good, but the last year of my invisalign care it slowly got worse. My last couple appointments for just check ins, I would wait almost an hour sometimes to get attended just to be seen for maybe 20 min and get my next batch of invisalign. My last appointment there a miscommunication and I had to return an hour after I’d left and pay part of the retainer insurance which we hadn’t spoken about in previous appointments. I feel they need to work on communicating better to customers as to where a patient is at in the process and be told beforehand of any extra charges.

My experience at this location is going great so far and they’re the best tbh. I was so scared of getting braces because I thought it’ll be really painful (so I was told by friends), but Jasmine explain otherwise and I was a bit calmer. Thennnnn, MELODY (my fav person right now) did a great job in making me so comfortable when I was getting my braces in. She did a lovely job and I so much love the braces. She just made me feel at ease and it was quick too. This location has the best staff tbh and I highly recommend getting your braces or Invisalign treatment down here.

The new doctor Dr Reyes is very nice will make you very comfortable and knows what customer service is. The doctor prior to him had no bedside manners and did NOT know what customer service was or how to make the customer comfortable. I would not recommend him. Therefore, I rate them a 4 as to the entire experience at the Pilsen office. The staff were always nice.

I I've been going here for a while but yesterday my visit was everything, there's a young lady name Nerica who assisted the doctor and me , she was awesome!!! I didn't have to ask her anything she explained everything in details for me, I normally get nervous and anxious but she made me feel Soooo comfortable that I didn't even went through any of that!!!! Awesome job Nerica!!! Love this place....

Very unprofessional.Now they want to reach out to my review? But when I'm calling about my last appointment that was suppose to take place two weeks from the previous one and it's been a month they want to ignore me? You guys said you would call me back at 1:30 no response. I emailed you guys the following day, no response. When I called again you guys wouldn't even speak to me at the Pilsen location. You had the call center set up my appointment. I've been having issues with you guys since day one. From cutting my wires too long on my first visit and telling me that's how it is and the poking is normal to screwing me around with the dates. Canceling my appointment then telling me it's time to take my braces off prematurely because I've had them on for too long now. I'm glad to finally be done with them.

My Daughter normally goes to the location at 7820 Cicero Ave, Burbank. however we had to go to this 18th st. location because the Doctor at the Burbank location, did a horrible repair job to a prematurely debonded bracket, his solution was to remove the braked and put a huge blob of glue to hold the tooth to the wire, but he carelessly put so much that it went over the surface of the tooth preventing my daughter from being able to completely shut her teeth down. it wasn't until she was going to eat that she realized she wasn't able to because she couldn't bite off pieces of food. after calling Orthodontics to get help with this they sent us to 18th st. (which was fine with me, I wouldn't want that careless doctor to work on her again). They took very good care of her here and fixed her bite nicely, additionally there is something to be said when a young person notices the vibe difference stemming from the doctor to the Staff, and wanting to switch locations permanently. My daughters stated that its a completely different Vibe at the 18th st. location, much more pleasant. The Doctor here is so much nicer and so is the Staff. Hearing a simple thing as saying Please and thank you sets the tone, unlike at Burbank location where the doctor is kind of an authoritarian and seems to always is in a bad mood.

Super excited to start my braces journey with the Pilsen team!!! My consultation was free of charge and they took the time to explain what would be required of me and my treatment plan. Loved that they offered a payment plan to help ease the worry of paying the total cost up front. Staff was knowledgeable and reassured me that everything is gonna be okay.23 months to go.....
